  1. Doesn't really matter,as to have got it passed there must have been a majority, and during an AGM surely that must be respected by all the members even if you don't agree with it,
  2. Big result for Newcastle that, very few teams will come away from from there with anything this year, strong team at home
  3. The shale on the pit gate gets used also but is doesn't help the racing!!;-)
  4. Staying in business I guess, last year I bet not one pl team made money and some major cost cutting was always going to take place, sad reality of the situation the sport is in Point is if it was agreed by the majority at the AGM,the witches shouldn't have gone against the rule, shows zero respect I think for the rest of the clubs regardless of wether the rule is right or wrong
  5. Doesn't the hone team mak a payment to the away team tho for riders points including bonus points? So Ipo have stated they will pay the 3rd place points but won't get anything back when scored away from home Regardless of the pros and cons of the rule,it was set in the rules at the AGM and looks bad on Ipswich maybe that they have taken no notice of it,
  6. Nowt really,,a few banker hand signals etc with mpt and a make up bag or two thrown, all good fun,and a bit of bonus entertainment
  7. Good meeting that in bitter conditions, some very good racing and a close scorelines, special mention has to go to Lewis Blackbird who was really good,,,,Lasse Bjerre had his annual EWR punch up,kid needs to grow up fast as he a talented rider Good signs also from Ryan Douglas and Josh Bates....
  8. What happened to Ricky Ashworth last night, love watching him around the owl hut ,bike problems??
  9. Last year March was the best month we ha for speedway, year ago today was 20 degrees ish all went down him last year from easter weekend onwards
  10. Riding a long track bike on a long track does seem to make sense tho!!
  11. I have seen hundreds and hundreds of laps at scunny this year,Leicester have run a lot and .northside has be open loads,so plenty of time and places to practice, Couldn't agree more that riders have to ride in all conditions, but these youngsters, many racing there first ever meeting deserve a decent track, not a wet slimy mud bath
  12. Riders have had plenty of time to practice, as most of them have ,I think it comes down to track conditions, youngsters need decent tracks, not meetings forced through on wet tracks
  13. Wasn't there a problem end of last year with Sams visa that prevented him from doubling up towards end of season?
  14. Interesting to read in the comic this week that Richie Worrall will remain on Scunnys books rather than complete his transfer to the Hammers
  15. Which is why the lad will be world champ many times....sometimes it's what's needed to do it
  16. What changes have actually been made to the track?? I just seen an on board video from Sunday and couldn't really notice any thing at all??
  17. Because i would say in this way they wont have to match the pay rates and success demands of the stand alone teams, simple really i guess Scunny have different views to the rest who are now in the NL or the make up of the league,at least this way it can be done with development in mind for the future Plus it keeps the Saints alive in a cost effective way
  18. Where they bringing Shale from?? Russia???
  19. Good to see that SKY will visit the EWR on the 30/4/13 for the home match with Wukington,
  20. What happened to old ways of a deal is a deal...it's not Glasgows fault,if they did a deal then they should be paid, regardless of the other situation
  21. I would say that the new promotion have just learned a hard lesson in who to trust....I bet they wish they had took the "other" bid now!
