  1. I think he is ok to ride To be fair all teams at some point benefit from having the chance to use better riders through injury and over the course of the season they even themselves out Will make it possibly a closer better meeting which is good really,Sky want entertainment and i hope they get it
  2. Makes Worky much stronger,Lawson and MIlls have been s h y t e at the EWR where as Cookie and Dyer have been excellent, not sure how Cookie can guest due to 7 day rule but must be ok
  3. Last time Worky were at the EWR they got a proper thumping but can't for one minute see this one being the same,is Lawson fit now??
  4. By the time averages change mpt will have lost his poor scores from start of last year and added this years decent start to his fantastic run at end of last year so to think of MPT at reserve is not going to happen Tom young has just be replace by KL NL team because of work commitments so that ain't happening either Plus....to think of dropping Ryan after so few is mindless, don't forget he's only been on speedway just over a year and is riding with a fractured thumb, give him a bloody chance Add in you can't drop an assessed rider....
  5. How does Barker with draw from a meeting 48 hours previous with a broken wrist then return to action and score very well!!! Bit of a thumping for the Elite league rejects that..Worky looking strong
  6. Neither has Tully for the Diamonds but they seem to have RR---oh aye, sorry i forgot big George is on the MC so it is ok
  7. Correct, A pass is A pass.....but there are passes and there are passes and Lasse Bjerre pass on MPT was the best pass i have ever seen...EVER one of the greatest races ever seen,so it all cant be that bad at BP,plus tyres tracks have been spotted[and confirmed] on the new bits of the track,so all is falling into place ladies...keep the faith
  8. What has happened to Steve Worrall, lost his confidence, bike troubles??,hes a better rider i think than his recent scores
  9. That was simply the best race I have ever seen
  10. Wouldn't worry,it's only 3 years,Newcastle have had to put up with for a lot more;-)
  11. im pleased Richie has gone to Lynn, the track at Lynn is just what he needs, big, fast and grippy, europe style, and if he wants to ride abroad and make it he needs this Perfect situation and good luck to the lad
  12. I'm no expert in track prep but when I was there 2weeks ago I couldnt help but think they graded the life out of it,constantly grading the whole track, would love to see it left alone and see what happens....racing seems awfull most of the time so why not give it a try
  13. I think that's an interesting point, maybe the home riders didn't like it,but as a paying punter I came away happy that I'd just seen some good entertainment I guess it's a tough one for any track curator, does he make it for the fans or the home riders, having seen some great racing at Leicester once last year on a track the home riders hated, following week the riders were happy and the racing shyte,I think I'd go for the entertainment option
  14. Surely the track is prepared before a meeting, not during it so being on the mic shouldn't make a great deal of difference
  15. Over 15 heats I think that was a fair result...some good racing Auty and Barker going at it was great entertainment Few dodgy decision along the way and a last heat decider all adding to the meeting Good night out
  16. Was them lily white Kevlars that was the problem...didn't want to get them dirty!:-);-)
  17. Looking forward to see Ellis tonight, saw him last summer at the EWR and he was brilliant,be interesting to see how he goes
