  1. when i saw it live i thought that Vissing would be excluded for that , but after the replays he was unlucky to have the decision go against him Well Done Glasgow
  2. Glasgow were excellent on the night, gave the home riders a lesson on how to ride there own track, Some very good racing,a fine meeting Well done Glasgow
  3. Brilliant performance by the Devils last night, never looked like being beaten from heat one, wishing Gilkes a problem free recovery,he was fabulous last night For Scunny ,Lambert,Palin and Kinsley were poor, whatever engine Palin was on it needs to go in the bin as was quite obvious no speed in the engine Well done Plymouth
  4. Ronnie has been the best visiting rider ive seen the Scunny for the past couple of years, quite brilliant to watch
  5. But one of the 4 is a world cup winner2021 hell of a move by the Chairman to wangle the averages to slip Lambert in the 1-7, the other clubs will go in to meltdown ,a ``Ruthless`` move
  6. riders should be chosen on ability, average and budget, not who likes who!
  7. averages dont lie that is true, but for entertainment Auty hands down gets the nod plus you know on a Friday night Josh turns up,with Tero, for various reasons you never know
  8. 7.19 to be exact! id snap his hand off as 3rd heat leader on that ,, with Douglas and Allen i very entertaining top 3!
  9. No not resolved yet but it is in process so fingers crossed he can ride somewhere in the UK next year
  10. a fantastic meeting on a fantastic track and nicely set up the the 2nd leg
  11. Cold?.. I've been colder in March or April Fingers crossed this mild weather continues and the lions get an acceptable crowd for whats sadly a bit of a dead rubber
  12. fear not,you can fill your car up in Scunny as well as watch 2 good teams going at it on a fabulous race track
  13. im all for giving the juniors chances, but i fear in the situation last night this would create a very one sided meeting rather than the very close ,nail biter at Newcastle last night guest last night surely added to the entertainment of the meeting?
  14. But what is the alternative to Guests and RR in this situation?
  15. 3 ways to beat Poole 1;add dirt and flood track 2;Pray Havvy is the team manager 3;Pray Havvy is the team manager again
  16. Scunny making a habit of caving in towards end of meetings, with riders we have it simply shouldn't happen
  17. agreed but that was then and this is now,i was more interested to the difference between the two clubs and the reason of one seemingly running well and one not so well
  18. Very sad to hear of what could be the end of Newcastle Speedway but.. Last Friday i visited a fabulous speedway club just south of Newcastle where the club seemed to be very vibrant,a really good crowd, brilliant racing, good presentation and a very strong team. The stadium looked really good and importantly supporters seem to be spending cash inside the stadium! The club seem to be brimming with sponsors and no talk at all of any closing or looking for investors, things looked really good at Redcar, and despite the result all of us headed back to Scunny thinking what a great night we had at Redcar[Hats off to the promotion and supporters ] how is it that Redcar`s nearest and dearest are in the position they are when the mighty Bears seem to be going great on and off the track? interesting that being so close to each other yet total different situations
  19. An outstanding race meeting, some of the best racing I've seen Probably a fair result in the end, MPT was outstanding
  20. isnt the idea of any speedway meeting to make money? where the hell did this anti making money thing come from? that how life works!
