  1. Congratulations Craig Cook Couldn't make it today but sounded like another good meeting with some good racing
  2. 99.9%of folk from outside wouldn't have a bloody clue what your moaning about so your point is flawed What most folk from outside would have thought last night was what great racing that was a fab night's entertainment
  3. Even though FRN was hailed as a good thing by many and voted for at the AGM?
  4. No meant as this was a re arranged fixture, When sunny offered the tigers this date they could have declined it as Shanes wasn't there
  5. Totally correct.. But when a meeting is re-arranged there needs to be some flexibility Would be nice to think that in the future maybe the two promotions can sort it out between themselves.. Rather that rules rules rules EG. Sheffield could quite rightly have said no we ain't coming that day as Shanes isn't available.. So if the home promotion are OK with them using RR rather than a NL wobbler to make the meeting more attractive then maybe that's ok Be nice in the future for both teams to make the call themselves and try and keep speedway as competitive as it can be.. Just like the meeting was last night It really isn't good for our sport when a rule overshadows the reason we all turned up last night.. Good hard competitive racing
  6. becarefull SK,you might just be talking to much sense there and prevent folk from talking about what a fantastic meeting we saw last night
  7. The statement from Lakeside seems a positive one which I hope is good news for both supporters of Lakeside and Rye House going forward
  8. Sure.. But i don't really care about the wrongs and rights to be honest.. I go to watch 4 loons going at it on an oval track and to be entertained.. And tonight I did that and was treated to some excellent entertainment Again.. Well done both sets of riders.. A great night's racing
  9. On the flip side.. It was an excellent meeting Well done to both teams for putting on a great show
  10. He must be an ungrateful bugger then as I know alot of people have tried alot of things (and alot of cash) Bit of a kick in the nuts to them
  11. cant think that would bother Campton to be honest as he either been 40 yards behind him or stopped with bike trouble
  12. if thats the case any reason why Scunthorpe re-arranged fixtures when their No1 wasnt back?
  13. One could say that yes..but hard to prove if I'll or not.. Hence 7 days Other side to it is I guess you can have a 24hr bug..but can be fit as a fiddle in a day or two
  14. Isn't the official line something to with having a doctors note or not..?.. No note no riding for 7 days Also for a concussion isn't it standard 7days or something
  15. it was his involvement with Chris Louis that got me thinking 15 yearolds should be in the CL, im convinced a lad like that under Louis`s watch would have been fine to start this season racing in the CL, for sure no worse that some of the 2 pointers we have seen recently or some of the other shyte ive seen for that matter
  16. Sorry.. Meant below 3rd..SW..JA and JG all above him
  17. stefan is third in averages so guest not allowed next guess?
  18. now i know you dont have a repuation for being the sharpest tool in the shed but i think if look, the time the decison was made Steve Worrall was declared fit interesting you dont mention the two fixtures home fixtures that you pulled on a Saturday earlier in the season? and who was it who had to take an NL guest to Glasgow one a Friday because you couldnt get a guest? and its also interesting looking back to last year who were we waiting for to complete meetings again? on yes,it was Workington was it 5 or 6 you had to run last September? obviously just adding Balance to the argument
  19. only had 2 meetings and at 16 filled his boots in his 3rd meeting at this level thats not bad going cant help but think where he would be if he had rode all season, the lad has talent, use it
  20. Proper thumping for the Scunny that,Ipswich were on it from the off and rode brilliantly, and Scunny ,with the excepetion of JG were total garbage to be be frank after his first race id have given Campton £20 and pointed him towards the A1,he was shocking But,,,,,,,,take a bow Drew Kemp, what a performance that was,and to be honest i think it the age limit for this league needs to be looked at as to me it seems a bit stupid that a talent like that has only just started in our league due to not being 16,the lad is more than good enough and feel Ipswich should have be able to use him all season.a full seaon at 15 under Chris Louis would have benefited him more that the NL maybe the age limit needs to be looked at over the winter to get lads like Drew riding ,,,, food for thought hope the injury to SW isnt to serious
  21. how is not being able to get guests for various reasons throwing in the towel, from what ive heard Ipo have tried almost everyone with no luck at all more bad luck than throwing the towel in
