Which Pl Team Will Nick Morris Join In June?
workyboy replied to Hamish McRaker's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Ty Proctor, sh#t on from a great height!! So much for a contract. -
Not heard owt, but hope it happens. Guy Martin .... top man ... no fear in that fella!

No one rider is bigger than the club. Sound economic sense by the Promotion. Lawson was not bothered about the Comets when he notified them he didn't want to ride for us last year!!
-
Pleased to hear that the new Tigers Promotion are asking fans for their idea's. Look what it did for the Comets when Laura Morgan and her team took over. A totally refreshed atmosphere at Derwent Park. Good look to Hoggy and his new partners.

Steady & Royno are class acts around any track. The only problem for me is, they have that la-al fella with "accident" on his back sitting on their shoulders. Sincerely hope they both have a accident free season, then Sheffield Tigers can be a threat to any team. Ride well and safe boys, hope to see you both when you come to Workington.

Hence the last line.

Just been stopped down town and asked if it was right Lawson had gone back and asked for his team place back. Apparently been told to go away. Anybody confirm or deny?

Would appear no Tero at Worky next season. A good second string going spare.

Workington Vs Plymouth 27/9/13 7pm

May I suggest you go and spend £10,000, buy yourself all the kit and cabuddle that goes with being a speedway rider. Then throw your leg over and give it a lash around DP. Then IF you survive 4 laps in under 66 seconds without billowing the engine ( very expensive) snapping a chain, costly and will hurt a he'll of a lot, when you hit the dirt or with luck the boards. After you've done all that, I suggest you give Laura a ring and ask her to replace you with one of the riders your not happy with. Then we can come on here and moan and say what the "F" is that man doing riding for the Come -

Well done the Witches, you deserved your win. rubbish track, very poor home reserves out scored 16 to 3, just not good enough. Why no Rusty in heat 15? -

Great win by the Comets over a very good Bears side. Only one thing to say, Kyle was a bit mad at times. Blocking Rusty, who was faster a couple of times and warst of all, nearly having young Ashley off on the second bend. Think about it Kyle! -
Workington Comets Vs Glasgow Tigers 25th May

If your a Glasgow supporter, then I feel sorry for you. Not one rider good enough to be selected for International duty! As said previously ALL the guest's are within appropriate averages. Go the mighty Comets. -

pissed off to say the least. How the hell can they throw away a lead like that. Something wrong at the sharp end. Very harsh words need to be said. Why Howarth ht.15? Where was Rusty or Rene? -

I pay my £15 every week to support the Comets, I`m not getting on their backs, just merely giving an opinion on their riding tonight.
