Just checked averages Starke 4.12 Auty 4.76 after his performance in the 2017 riders final you would have thought Auty was the better option,he only failed to make the run off because of a engine failure. in his first ride During the meeting he gave both Cookie and Fricke a good race,before Fricke wiped him out on the pits turn . where is speedway disappearing to We always had a meeting every Thursday at Sheffield this year it as been said we only have 14 home meetings,people are going to find other things to do on Thursdays.The end is nigh

Bates have a thing with team managers they all seem to only last one season,Sheffield is a good example,H inchcliffe,Screen ,Lee,Boocock,but STEAD AS been given a second season at Leicester Norrie,Jim one season only .Must not be good to work for.
