All other guys need visa and work-permission. Covatti has Italian passport and Facu Spanish passport. One Argentian guy Santi Martinez came to Germany now and will start in some meetings, but till July, 15, cause his visa will finish and he has to go back.

Meeting will be held on May, 8 2013. For this moment signed contracts with such riders: JAMES WRIGHT, OLIVER ALLEN, TYRON PROCTOR, CORY GATERCOLE, ZDENECK SIMOTA, ADAM SKORNICKI, MAX DILGER. Tabasalu track near Tallinn (5-10 km), Kohtla-Nymme 150 km from Tallinn. They have one more track in Tallinn, the guys are going to rebuilt it. One more track used in Soviet times in Jarvakandi (for longtrack meetings) fully broken.

The full fixture for season 2012: Individual Championship (4 rounds): May, 12 - Kohtla-Nymme June, 30 - Tabasalu August, 31 - Kohtla-Nymme September, 29 - Tabasalu Individual Meeting - Ranna Cup June, 13 - Tabasalu August, 26 - Tabasalu Ranna Cup second round in August proably will be international meeting.

About attendance this year I'll give information later, but last year in Taabasalu it was near 1000 crowd. It's not bad after 15 years break (last speedway meeting was in 1997). For the moment organisers and track-comission in EMF try to do all speedway can be more popular in country. It was not big interview in Estonian TV in programm, like "Breakfast with..."

Estonian Individual Championship 1st round will be held on May, 12 2012 in Kohtla-Nymme. From this year competition has an official status and supports by EMF. 15 riders were arranged in first round. During winter season was made big work – bought new bikes, spare parts. There are 4 rounds of individual championship and 2 cups meetings announced in this year, in 125 cm3 and 500 cm3 classes. The championship’s system is like in GP (20 heats + 2 semifinals + final), points counts the same, like in GP, too. The first round won the most known Estonian rider K.Viidas (rode successfully in Finnish league in middle 90), he had “maximum” 24 points (won all the heats in the meeting) and became a championship’s leader with 25 points. The second place and 20 points in overall standings got (two times Estonian Individual Championship bronze medalist in 1993 and 1994) Rainer Kimmel and the third in podium was one more speedway veteran Jaak Soolep (Estonian Individual Championship vice –champion in 1987 and bronze medalist in 1990). In the fourth place was unsuccessful Margus Mandre (in the beginnings 2000 rode in Finnish league and European U-19 Championship participant in 2001). After 20 heats Margus had 13 points and good chances to have prize place, but 2 technical defects allowed him to close the line of four best riders. In the meeting was announced Rene Aas (1990 World Junior Individual vice-champion) appearance in Estonia after more than 15 years break and he did it and at once got 2nd place. Rene won 2 of his heats and in 3 heats he was second after meeting's winner Jaak Soolep and day's "unlucky man" Ken Viidas (won 5 heats and in 6 got technical failure). The meeting would be more attractive if one more favourite Margus Mandre participates, but due some reasons he wasn't. Not bad debut made Silver Soolep (Jaak Soolep's son), got 5 place in his first meeting. Next Ranna Cup round will be held on August, 26. But on June, 30 2012 in Taabsalu track will sound engines in Estonian Individual Championship 2nd round.

Later he had Czech license, don't know about season.

No any chances to see speedway meetings in Riga. The owner of sport complex BSKB "Bikirnieki" doesn't see speedway there. The track for speedway is destroyed (track for carting there).Tribunes in a bad conditions,machine park is using for autoservice. Ex Riga's club "Celinieks" speedway riders can't do anything,mostly of them not in motosport,but some guys are working with motorcycles,have motorcycleservices (Boris, Matisans). The complex mostly works and has any income thanks to autosport meetings. But for this moment it's better,than 5-6 years ago,when was desiccion to destroy the complex at all and build houses in this area.

No any speedway tracks in Vilnius (polish name Wilno)or anywhere. All the riders in 1965 and 1967 participated in the above meeting were motocross,enduro and et.c. riders. The situation was such,each republic had to be represented and doesn't matter, had they such discipline or not. It was a rule,that's why results not good. For,example in the end 70 - tne middle 80 Byelorussia was represented by ice-speedway riders (Zaycev, Duplev), Estonia (Potapenko, Savolainen) by longtrack riders.

Champion was A.Karpov won re-heat with V.Dubinin. A.Kobrin won semifinal,day before the final.
