  1. Albin and Koppe will be due new averages won't they?
  2. That match was as good as the Berwick vs Sheffield. Last 2 meetings I have seen this month are by far the worst I have ever seen.
  3. As a neutral and tonight's match, and having also attended the Rye House, I feel that I need to comment about the 2 matches. Firstly, the standard of racing has been average at best tonight, with the exception of 2 races it was gate and go pretty dull to be honest and the Rye House match was similar. One line round the outside, if you rode out wide then you were assured of getting the win. Now, I noticed in the Machin's column (against Rye House) he felt the need to criticise Berwick's track (calling it an oval motorway), Redcar (due to the apparent dust) and Rye House (due to the weather and Rye being able to over an alternative date allegedly). Now instead of slating others teams track, I would like to suggest to the Sheffield promotion to sort there own track out and give a track that isn't gate and go and follow the leader because it is boring!! Secondly, crowd didn't seem good at all, take the Leicester fans out and they wouldn't have been many at all there, I dread to think how low the crowd will be next week! And publicly slating Odsal boy after Koppe's heat 2 win was embarrassing, was there really any need? Overall Leicester did deserve to win, was nice to see Edberg ride with a bit of confidence, hope he can continue his form (although not against us). Bjerre was excellent and I hope isn't too badly knocked about after that crash. As for Sheffield, Allen and Wells were good value, Hall was better than his score suggests, while Albin was always in the thick of it. Things can surely only get better for Sheffield though...
  4. Nice thought, let's wait for another club to go bust. Great tactics

  6. Albin has a lot of potential, quick once he's got going, but his gating needs to be alot better than what it was when he was over this. Still think he will do well, providing he is given time.
  7. He'll do a good job for someone like Sheffield . Don't forget my tenner you will owe me come October by the way
  8. Liam rides in second halves at Berwick and imo is a massive talent. He's the best junior I've seen ride the 3rd and 4th banking round Berwick and I am sure he will do a great job for Stoke! Good luck Liam
  9. Champions: Somerset 4's : Berwick Pairs: Plymouth Highest Average : Ben Barker Newcomer : Cameron Heeps Improvement : Alex Edberg Wooden Spoon : Edinburgh
  10. That crash last night was sickening . Pleased to hear that the injuries aren't as bad as 1st feared. Get well soon Alex. As for the match, irrelvant because of the crash really. But well done to the lads for winning and special mention for Jade for continuing after also having an awful crash in front of myself on the backstraight...half a lap before Alex's.
  11. Should be a comfortable win tomorrow. Bandits by 15+
