I think I would prefer to believe the evidence that is out there for all to see thanks . I don't take much notice of the gossip element floating around,, but i do understand it is one of your specialities, also I'm pretty sure that I'm capable of deciding for myself whether i should watch or not, so no advice required from yourself.

The difference is that one guy was found guilty of the charge & the other wasn't. I'm not the only one on this topic showing contempt for Garrity's crime & they perhaps ,like myself, feel that it would be much better if he found "his purpose in life" somewhere else so that he can't influence younger speedway supporters into thinking his approach is an acceptable one. There's always the bigger picture to consider.

I think everyone understands that Craig Cook's problems are down to his mental health issues & he obviously needs help. The bottom line here is that all that he was found guilty of is throwing the phone away, unlike Garrity who has been punished for a despicable offence & even after getting out on release can't keep to the terms & conditions.The guy is a habitual offender unfortunately.

Who in their right mind would confront a guy who has been convicted of robbing two OAP's , one which was bed bound & another that needed a little scooter to help her get about? Don't forget that he was also convicted for carrying a knife during these attacks. He doesn't sound like " a really nice kid"to me

What is most disappointing from my POV is that he's immediately invited back into the sport, when any self respecting employer would , knowing Garrity's history give the guy a very wide berth.

I see he is out of jail again, & once more he is back on track. I suspect it won't be long before he is back inside though.

A positive way to look at the situation is that whatever happens next Swindon Speedway can't be in a worse situation than it is currently, but he will still be "gone".
