When I watched Dan & Joe at doing their laps at Brandon ,when they were extremely young, i always thought Dan was the more impressive of the two -

Refuse collection in Brum has been awful for so long now I wonder if it will ever get sorted out permanently. The operatives are a militant bunch & have been for 30 years or more, I say this as someone who lived & worked in the area for all of this time & have seen the problems first hand.

That's brilliant, I'd already sent my email using the "old fashioned method"😄 . Every message to the council will count . i am just getting the impression that we could see Brandon back up & running again in the not too distant future, fingers crossed.

There's a new update from the savecoventryspeedway group on their website. For some reason i don't seem to be able to add a link here. The message sounds quite positive & they are asking for fans support via email or post to help the cause. If anyone could provide a link to the item it would be a great help.

Well there's an old adage that states that " you can twist numbers around in order make your point". The track record at Sheffied is currently under 59 seconds,& that was set in May24, which suggests bikes do go faster these days. Hans would have been a long way behind in that race with his 61.4😃

It certainly is, & has been for many years.. Over all my years of visiting the city I have seen so many incidents , after a while it becomes relatively easy to spot the criminals as they all conduct themselves in a similar manner. -

I think for any first time visitor it's essential to go to the Prague 1 zone . So much history to see ,Prague Castle, Old Town Square, Charles Bridge to name just a few. Anyone who doesn't go there is wasting their trip to what is a wonderful city. -

He's also a bit of a "thug" who has very little respect for others,he is just one of several successful sportsmen who show total disregard for the rules & the people involved in the sport that gives them their living. Ronnie O'sullivan & Max Verstappen are two more examples. -

Quite possible , Eurosport have some sports that I'm sure get good viewing figures,snooker as an example,which is very popular & they will have to be accommodated somewhere else. -

When Discovery bought BT Sports I'm pretty sure they stated that the Eurosport channel would disappear in 2026. I would expect anything they wish keep would be transferred to Discovery + so if they retain uk speedway it would mean signing up for streaming I would imagine. -
