midland league with novices are good meetings but avin novices in the nl is no good for anyone especially the rider .im all for youngsters in the nl but not till their ready

was it better or is it a case of rose tinted glasses i also thought speedway was better back in the day until i get some old tapes out and realise maybe it wasnt.with the introduction of the air fences i reckon riders take bigger risks these days maybe resulting in better races

well done to all especially the top three.have to say a special well done to ash,ok im biased,but he was leading hes fourth ride till he was bought down.im sure this knocked him for the re-run and hes last race.it was a nasty crash.good meeting tho.were off to the plrc and elrc so it will be interesting to compare the three meetings.

coming down to this and usually look forward to the fish and chips but they werent to good last time so we are going to try the pub for grub and vimto next to the stadium.anyone know if its any good in there

I very rarely miss a meeting but just before setting out I phoned my brother to say I was giving this a miss due to a dodgy tummy prob due to the Cardiff over indulgence.I am so glad I didn't bother.what a joke.

we are staying in somerset on the friday so was going to the pl pairs but then changed our minds and decided to come and watch the lads at newport but after the nl pairs yesterday we have decided to go to somerset hopefully we should see more passes at the ota

dont be silly but its a good job we turned up.i reckon getting on for half the crowd was heathens fans.theres enough people who moan about there clubs but what about making the effort and supporting the riders!!

well done to stoke but only the one decent race between garrity and worrall and even then there was no pass.decent first lap in the final but a part from that it was same as you were after the 2nd bend.im staying in somerset next friday but decided to travel to newport to watch the heathens but reckon i might go to the pl pairs now.track looked better than it as done over the last few years but still not good racing.maybe it was just this meeting?

not sure how much it is but for 10 years we just left the car on some grassy area with no problems till last year when we got a ticket so use car parks

its not dudley fans jayne it was some dudley fans.again i say its not acceptable but its not all dudley fans.i know you proberly couldnt see the actions of the start marshall from the pits if you were in the pits.but please check the video,hes actions were no better than some of the heathens fans.there was a cheer when garrity went down,again i repeat myself not acceptable but not all of us

agree riders take very little notice of the starters but this was over the top from the official.he behaved as bad as the heathens fans who lost it
