what you said about diet Steve have you noticed how big bomber seems compared to say Greg and Tai. I think this is one area Tai knows Team GB has to improve on

different level of course but I won a fair few medals at football Sunday league and 5 a side, running etc, no idea where any of the medals are whereas my mate who got the same medals knows exactly where his are and they mean a lot to him. I was just happy competing and winning a few things. its the memories for me. were all different

well after starting to get a little tired of nl racing I couldn't wait to see the top boys, what a disappointment. if tonights no better it could be the end of my love affair with speedway. theres better stuff to do with my hard earned these days

you will like this bwitcher, in my youth I thought I was a decent squash player. I played in leagues and tournaments. at one tournament I was playing a lad who was supposed to be decent. however, I won the first game. I could tell I annoyed him cuz he then took his tracksuit off and I never took another point. lol. as you say , a different level. this was still amateur as well. God only knows how good the top players are
