in all honesty the commercial side /PR are at an all time low it was last season and its carried on through this closed season - I'm might be speaking out of turn but in my opinion this is were we miss JC - In the age of social media and Internet were updates can reach fans in seconds - We seem stuck in the 1980 were PR are concerned we get more info out of news papers of Radio and other riders via Twitter than we do from the club - ok perhaps there is nothing to report regarding the no1 position and no6 position but how about an update of what's happening?? Fans seem to be taken for granted one day there will be no fans if this carries on the way it is - time to wake up to what fans want .

the very same boy/ girl who said Iversen had signed for Lynn a few weeks back - by the way when do you break up from school for the Christmas Holiday?
-
Rather than hearing who it won't be at No1 how about some realistic names of who it could be ?
-
So when is the BIG signing being announced ?
-
How about Martin Vaculik as the Stars No1 ?
-
Looks like the captain is back
-
7-45 PM according to the Stars website
-
the bigger issue for me is he ready return mentally and physically

time will tell but this could be the best move of the winter everyone presumes Kerr will carry on where he left of prior to his near life ending crash he may well do just that and score many points for Ipswich and Lakeside on the other hand it may not take him long to realise it's not going to happen for him and who could blame him he's a young family now as well to think about . I just hope not too much pressure is put on him too soon confidence needs to be built again first - I wish Lewis well but unlike others I doubt he will return to ride for the Stars again .
-
My money for the remains 3 place in top 5 are Rory Mads and MJJ and for Kerr replacement Simon Lambert .
-
and you are the same person that said NKI had signed a 2016 contract and you are the same person that said NKI had signed a 2016 contract not if we switch to Thursday race night
-
No Nicki
-
If the club changes race night it's going to be for a big name signing in my opinion and the only rider that fits the bill is Nicki can't see the club switching race night for anyone else .
-
everyone seems to forget Kerr almost died in the crash at Pboro- Rory all but ended up in a wheel chair in his crash in Poland if anyone thinks these riders will come back and carry on were they left off last season I think you will be disappointed they will need time to get confidence back at least - they may never get back to were they was - i ve said this since the season ended I'd go with one but not both .
-
and there you have it in one - one reason we've never won the top league title - in PL we was ruthless we had no problem ditching riders for the good of the team and the trophies came . So you sooner race Wednesday nights and not have such a good team ? but at least we are loyal ? If we are not in it to win it what's the point ? Surely it Buster and Rob job to get the strongest team possible ? If that means switching race nights and changing the reserves then so be it .
-
not about being nice you don't win league titles being nice you have to be ruthless if anything last season is a prime example we was too NICE should have made changes and didn't and it cost us - all I'm saying about a team that includes Lewis and Rory is a massive risk I've said that all along - if changing races nights means the club gets a stronger team then so be it i- as for Lewis ditch the Witches or the Stars will have no option but to ditch the rider .
-
could be the best move of the winter to dump Kerr who knows what he will come back from his big injury like with him and Rory in the side it's a massive risk .
-
Lewis Kerr could be looking for a new PL club if the rumours are right that KL are switching race nights to Thursday
-
unless Kerr ditches the Witches
-
if that's the case that rules out Porsing and Kenny B

I was in Manchester at the weekend and yesterday morning we caught a taxi to the new stadium just to have a look and I have to say the photos certainly doesn't do the new stadium justice it's far more impressive from what I could see and it was only from the pavement through the fence the track looks like being big and wide the track lights are up home straight grandstand and back straight stand looks like the pits are under construction as well , well impressed with what I saw and yes I was one who doubted this stadium would ever be built I hold my hands up and say I was wrong - will be back to Manchester for the World Cup for sure .
-
Nicki most likely and he's back in DK today after his winter sunshine holiday
-
a short term early season deal would be all some named would be interested in I would guess .
-
that's very true but will it survive 20 years ? The way speedway has gone down hill over the last 5 years there will be nothing left in 20 years time .
-
not wishing to be unkind but NL fixtures isn't exactly going to fill the place I'd guess 400 - 500 would be classed as a good crowd- also 6million over 60 years the way speedway is going that loan will never be paid back unless things change . As I ve said I hope it's a massive success but I'm glad it's not the club I support Kings Lynn that spent 6million I'd be very very concerned for the future .
