  1. sadly as each day that passes and Lynn don't sign a true NO1 I think King Kenny looks more and more likely.
  2. Regarding the no1 position each and every day that passes by I think the one rider that looks more and more likely to fill this position is Kenny B his hand get stronger each day Lynn don't sign an alternative he must no he hold all the cards - all he needs is is Leicester interested as well as Lynn and he will be in a good position for good contract.
  3. I agree Rory meeting last season was a brilliant success - Rory is a great addition to the SRBF and would be a great addition to help in the running of KL speedway at some point in the future .
  4. Seems to me it takes a few comments on the BSF about lack of communication this time mainly about Troy broken arm them there is a press release on the website this has happened several times so I can only assume the powers that be read this forum from time to time .
  5. last couple of weeks?? This lack of communication was going on all last season . It's time for a new face that update Twitter Facebook and the clubs website.
  6. plenty to share I'd have thought Troy breaking his arm as you say the latest on the no1 and reserve position and the upcoming meeting with Polish side Wroclaw . Why was there more information about signings already this winter on Twitter and Facebook via riders than the clubs website ? If your happy with the information coming out of the club then all well and good but I and others are far from happy .
  7. I can only assume that 1 there is no information 2 the club don't want the fans to have the information 3 the person that updates Twitter and Facbook and the website has information but can't be arsed to share it with us all . Which ever it is I've no idea but the club soon needs to get its act together on this in all my years of following the Club I've never known the PR side to be so none existent- going back to say the 1980s we had the EDP Lynn News local Radio and the Speedway Star news took awhile to filter through but now with instant access to any fan via Twitter Facebook and our own website there is no excuse for how fans are being treated . In my view we need someone updating the media with a bit more interest in the club and its fans . We can go on about this but until Buster sees there is a problem nothing will change .
  8. Lynn website is the last place to look there is no mention yet of Troy's broken arm - get more info from the local carrier pigeon than from Lynn website .
  9. I'm told tonight the visiting team will be Woclaw so the World Champion Tai Woffinden and ex Lynn Star Magic Janowski are the two star names in the Woclaw team .
  10. one things for certain the not so Ready Panthers won't win the 2016 EL because they are in the PL were as Kings Lynn are 1 of 8 teams that has a chance of being EL champions . So enjoy your season of switching between the Pie Rats and the Not So Ready Panthers .
  11. yes so you have but now Rick had enough of the not so Ready Panthers
  12. And you won't win the EL again now the Panthers bankroller has defected to the Pie-rats .
  13. the PR side has been none existent for a long while now last season more should have been made of our 50th but wasn't was a total wasted opportunity. Information coming out of the club is often old news as with the Troy's broken arm though we are still waiting for the official version from the club . .
  14. Really sorry to hear this about Troy I wish him a speedy recovery- But what gets me yet again is same old rubbish PR coming out of the club to have to get this imfo from elsewhere yet again - again Stars fans treated as mushrooms if the person / persons can't be bothered to keep fans updated maybe it's time for a new face in the job . .
  15. I'm not going to name names but the PR are at an all time low lack of information is a joke with social media fans can or in KL case could be kept up to date in seconds via social media but I feel you almost have to have a go at certain people to get them to put out a update as the club did last night . Your point 5 is another of my gripes too many times have I been getting in my car to drive home after a meeting 10pm why can't meetings start 7-30 and and push the meetings through the Leicester meeting was a prime example had the meeting started on time we would have completed 10 heats and got a win instead late start rain before heat 10 rain off and when we faced Leicester again we lost that rain off cost Lynn a play off place all because it didn't start on time . JC come on back to KL the club needs you and more importantly speedway needs you .
  16. in all honesty the commercial side /PR are at an all time low it was last season and its carried on through this closed season - I'm might be speaking out of turn but in my opinion this is were we miss JC - In the age of social media and Internet were updates can reach fans in seconds - We seem stuck in the 1980 were PR are concerned we get more info out of news papers of Radio and other riders via Twitter than we do from the club - ok perhaps there is nothing to report regarding the no1 position and no6 position but how about an update of what's happening?? Fans seem to be taken for granted one day there will be no fans if this carries on the way it is - time to wake up to what fans want .
  17. the very same boy/ girl who said Iversen had signed for Lynn a few weeks back - by the way when do you break up from school for the Christmas Holiday?
  18. Rather than hearing who it won't be at No1 how about some realistic names of who it could be ?
  19. So when is the BIG signing being announced ?
  20. How about Martin Vaculik as the Stars No1 ?
  21. 7-45 PM according to the Stars website
  22. the bigger issue for me is he ready return mentally and physically
  23. time will tell but this could be the best move of the winter everyone presumes Kerr will carry on where he left of prior to his near life ending crash he may well do just that and score many points for Ipswich and Lakeside on the other hand it may not take him long to realise it's not going to happen for him and who could blame him he's a young family now as well to think about . I just hope not too much pressure is put on him too soon confidence needs to be built again first - I wish Lewis well but unlike others I doubt he will return to ride for the Stars again .
  24. My money for the remains 3 place in top 5 are Rory Mads and MJJ and for Kerr replacement Simon Lambert .
