  1. Well that’s hardly rocket science to figure that one out - race the same club twice on the same night mmm not difficult really .
  2. Or they don’t return to the next meeting if it’s a long drawn out meeting the bit that gets me is the lack of urgency to keep the meeting flowing by the promotion 15 heats is 15 heats if it’s over 90 mins or 120 or180 mins It’s on a Wednesday night with work the next day a 9-15 finnish would be ideal - and just maybe it might attract families with kids that have school the next morning .
  3. The slate is clean all I’m saying is speaking for myself I’m interested in the team - how the whole race night experience is hopefully going to be improved- the track is of interest too hopefully is will be prepared for better racing. Fantastic if Lambert done an interview and UEA involvement if that’s all down to the new promoter that’s a great start . As you rightly say we shall see once the season gets underway.
  4. How any of that is going to make the racing better the track prepared better I fail to see it’s the overall race day experience that most fans are interested in - if the club had announced a 7-30 start time and less tractor racing and a bit more urgency to keep meetings flowing I’m sure there be loads of comments on here - sadly the announcement you talk have will have little effect on the average fan . Not that I’m knocking what they announced that’s great long may it continue but it’s not something to get the fans chatting .
  5. That just about sums British Speedway up . Consider the idea of signing a German rider while a British rider is blocked from a league. Speedway here is in a total mess .
  6. It’s got more todo with Jack Hoder missing the 4s and what went on between the BSPA and the Pboro Promotion from that date on than it had todo with Scott Nicholls .
  7. Think your totally missing the point Aussies and Danes can double up but two Brits can’t - you say they are over the limit so come end of the season form dips average drops and they can then ride in the championship in 2019 how crazy is that ? And if he wanted to Craig Cook can ride in the championship how the hell does that work ?
  8. So how’s this work they stop Brits from earning a living but Panthers employ 3 Danes in there side - there is no wonder the sports on its knees .
  9. You say Poole ringer Poles - but they was there for all teams to sign so hardly Mat Ford fault - same can be said when Darcy first came to the UK and signed for KL went from a reserve to no1 but he was there to be signed by other clubs .
  10. And main difference it was Saturday night at KL not Wednesday.
  11. 15 heats of speedway isn’t enough now the clubs need to get this out of there heads it’s 2018 not 1970 - things have moved on but speedway hasn’t as others have said it’s all about VFM £18 doesn’t represent VFM there has to be more to the evening racing or the racing has to be top draw which sadly it isn’t -I want to attend a meeting and walk to my car and think I can’t wait till the next meeting rather than feel why did I bother coming .
  12. Biggest problem I can see with this change in admission prices is if the increase prices out Mum and Dad that then mean the kids won’t attend also it does nothing to address late finishing of meetings when the kids have school the next morning that is the biggest factor in my opinion if the club are serious about attracting families a 7.30 start time would be a massive help and stop the endless tractor racing - for me Speedeway in the UK is definitely not £18 sport . As for the team a welcome return of NKI and hopefully a successful season ahead .
  13. I hope those in attendance aren’t disappointed- let’s hope this is the beginning of a new era were the owner listens rather than my way or the highway attitude- we’re fans are treated with respect rather than taken for granted . We shall see for me I’ve seen nothing so far to make me return for the first meeting but we shall see the jury is still out .
  14. So far I’ve seen zero change from the club but it is only January- I’m sure all will be revealed at the supporters meeting .
  15. Also no home Easter weekend meeting that's fantastic planning but I guess the thinking there is all about stock cars
  16. No idea what plan B might be as for Ritchie I’d have signed him for the team already if I was in charge of team building .
  17. From what I’m hearing we need to start looking at plan B
  18. Not a bad call - we need a no1 and if no Iversen we will have to have who will come not who we want .
  19. Not if the 3 clubs only Polish stays he won’t - id have thought at this stage of the closed season the rules would be set - from what I hear Iversen dropping Denmark is our best bet
  20. I’m not so sure either about Lynn - have heard a rumour that Iversen may drop Danish League eliminating the problem of 3 leagues polish rule but am not sure he will be allowed to do this - and he has to keep his Danish sponsors happy . Sadly waiting on a rider has proved costly in the past let’s hope it doesn’t this time .
  21. Poole have the same problem with signing Sundstrom as KL has with Iversen 3 League Polish rule - I hope both clubs has a plan B
  22. That would not surprise me if we pulled out of the league Iversen doesn’t or isn’t able to sign - I’ve said all winter that waiting on one rider could prove costly . As Lynnboy has said Richie Worral would have been a good signing instead of Proctor - dissapointing line up .
  23. Hans Andersen has already signed for Leicester
