  1. Basically prepare at track that the opponents like this is what you get - kings Lynn beaten out the starts in every heat .
  2. Watching on the stream I’d say the most disappointing thing so far is the state of the track whatever has happened to it ? Can only hope the track comes good as the meeting progresses
  3. It’s being screened on the streaming network for £11.99
  4. Klindt definitely missing he tweeted over a week ago he had a Polish meeting on the 1st June
  5. Wonder if the money not coming in for Pedersen wages was the real reason he left the club as he did and was it MT way of pay back for not being allowed to sign Chris Holder ? Really can’t see this ending well for Pboro speedway from what I can see a potential new owner and current owner are at logger heads and MT sponsorship money not been paid it’s as if he wants to bankrupt the club rather than bankroll it and pick it up on the cheap from Buster when they can’t pay the riders . It’s a sad state of affairs that the future of the club is on the line and being decided by two stubborn men who won’t give in .
  6. Well in my world if I was off work sick and I decided to go on holiday think my boss and my work colleagues would have something to say about it on my return if I was posting on social media while on holiday
  7. If Laguta does end up at KL I’d definitely not be happy if I was a Panthers fan as they been told no one is available then Laguta ends up at the club owners other track - really doesn’t sit well if it was the other way round Lynn fans would be into meltdown.
  8. Had conversation with Davey Watt a few years ago in a bar in Poland the night before a GP - he was a Poole rider at the time I asked him if he’d ever comeback and ride for KL he said no as Buster pay rate is rubbish he added how Iversen rides at Lynn on Busters rates he didn’t no as was poor money - so going by that I’d say it be unlikely the club would shell out big money for Laguta - Lambert was on 5k a meeting at Belle Vue end of last season (that’s real reason he didn’t ride in the last meeting at KL after the play off final BV wasn’t going to shell out another 5k on a nothing on it meeting )Dudek wanted similar this season neither are in the Uk - Laguta might well be cheaper as trying to make up for a lost season but even 3-4K a meeting can we really see Buster paying that ?
  9. Sadly pulling the plug early is something that wouldn’t surprise me especially if attendances drop if the numbers don’t add up - an un competitive team little opportunity or will to strengthen what is the point ? whatever happens it’s a very sad end to Peterborough at the Showground the fans deserve so much better .
  10. Do think there are a few other reasons why crowds are down yes a poor team doesn’t help but cost of living crisis - £22 a meeting is something that can be cut out where as Gas Electricity and food can’t .
  11. And poor old Dale won’t no which pit bay to be in with all his job for the boys in one meeting .
  12. Well Pboro certainly been more successful in the top league than Kings Lynn have with 0 titles to there name - personally I think both clubs need a new start under different promotions-Buster owning both clubs has done neither clubs any favours both have suffered at the others expense and even the rivalry has gone out of it now . Both clubs could be so good for each other .
  13. KL really did have a great opportunity this season to build a strong team with Jakobsen starting on seemingly low starting average ( any team in the league would have had him ) it’s an opportunity that only comes around once in a blue moon similar as to when we signed Darcy Ward in the old PL - in those days we took advantage and won the old PL but sadly in 2023 the advantage wasn’t taken when we signed KK and kept Allit’s mates rather than being tough we was weak in team building and the advantage of Jakobsen average was lost .These golden opportunities don’t come around very often this might be the last such opportunity that comes our way .
  14. Don’t forget Simon Lambert is on speed dial on Alitt phone to be ready to ride for either club . But totally agree with all you posted .
  15. Problem being KL has a track record of very dodgy call offs over the years - and can’t blame fans being very suspicious.
  16. As someone posted on Twitter reverse the fixture have Ipswich v KL at Foxhall it saves wasting a Thursday night which come October could prove vital and will see if it’s really the pit gate or lack of a team .
  17. If he didn’t let him in that to me means guilty as charged . I agree there should be some penalty against this type of call off but season ticket holders take a hit if it’s a 75-0 and sponsors come to that - one thing that shouldn’t happen is the 75 points go on Ipswich averages. sadly KL got a bad track record for this type of call off it’s not the first time a dodgy call off . League points deduction might be an option.
  18. That is a very good point - they didn’t say it was damaged in the last race of the day - the stock car pit gate isn’t the same gate as the speedway pit gate - it’s on the second bend I’d have thought just weld it in position until the parts arrive - or is it the speedway pit gate that’s damaged ?
  19. Buster is up to number 25 in the book Bill Barker left in the stadium office after the takings from the Commonwealth final vanished- 101 excuses on how to call a meeting off .
  20. How can this sport be taken seriously? Bet if there was a stock car meeting tomorrow night it not be called off . what is concerning is on going problems at both of Busters clubs .
  21. Pull the plug on the whole event might as well this season goes from one shambles to another
  22. Expect a call off Truck fest has left the track untraceable - can’t see it now .
