I thought that was a really good meeting, shame Clegg got injured. Speedy recovery chap. -

A last shuffle of the cards before dealing the final hand. -
Birmingham V Cradley Aug 5th
LordoftheShale replied to guitar_art's topic in National League Speedway
We got all four points in the away match against Cradley last time. So as long as Cradley don't get four points off us we are still ahead. But even if they did it would only be honours even in the end. -
Cov Storm V Brummies Fri 17thjuly

3 more points on the road, well done lads. One criticism, £2 for a 4 page programme and one of those pages was all adverts -

Birmingham V Mildenhall Wed 1 July
LordoftheShale replied to Brummies_Ste's topic in National League Speedway
3 more points, but at a cost. Hope Tom Perry's wrist isn't broken as is feared. Another close meeting early on, but the Brummies moved clear at the end. Charley Powell got better with every race. Shame the Start Marshall put Powell off his stroke by leaving the cone used to support the tapes out in the heat he was winning. Caused him to swerve and fall off. Plus a full house for Zach too. -

LordoftheShale replied to mdmc82's topic in National League Speedway
Back home at Shale Towers finally after what must of been one of the longest speedway meetings I think I've ever attended.... What the hell has happened to the Coventry track, truly awful. I lost count of the number of re-runs of heats. However I'm very pleased that the Brummies came out on top. Well done lads. -
Brummies V Kings Lynn Wed 6th May
LordoftheShale replied to Brummies_Ste's topic in National League Speedway
James Cockle should do well for Kings Lynn, but I feel Birmingham should do what is needed, that's if the weather plays ball tomorrow. -
Birmingham V Stoke Wed 29.4.

Once again I think the Brummies reserves will be the difference in this meeting. -
Birmingham V Rye House 15th April
