  1. I've heard this too. Cameron will be doing plenty of laps at Foxhall this season after meetings and probably line up at reserve next year. I don't think its ideal and i'm pretty sure Chris Louis wanted him to gain some valuable experience in the NL first. But finally some exciting times for Witches fans to have such a highly rated talented young rider on the books rather than the average Joe Poles we've seen so much in recent years. Cameron may not pull up any trees next year and i hope there isn't too much pressure put on his young shoulders to produce straight away. But it will be great to follow the lads progress, in Witches colours.
  2. Hopefully the lad gets his visa sorted soon. Very much looking forward to seeing our future Witch in action
  3. Thanks for that. Could explain why he struggled knowing his hatred for small tracks. Needs to learn to ride all tracks though big and small but there's still plenty of time for that as he's very young.
  4. He does Bagpuss you're right, but looking through that field, he should have comfortably qualified really and its a huge surprise that he didn't.
  5. Indeed an excellent performance from Jerran Hart considering he's been struggling for Ipswich these last few weeks. This should do his confidence the world of good. Huge shock to see Lasse struggle with only 5 points!
  6. Best of luck to the Tigers And particularly Joe Jacobs hope he has a progressive season and lines up in a reserve beth for the Witches next year.
  7. Yes I know but the point I'm making is Rayson is an Ipswich asset not a Mildenhall asset so are Ipswich and Mildenhall now one and the same? If not Chris Louis has just traded a young Ipswich asset and gained a young Mildenhall asset. All a bit confusing.
  8. Strange set up how does this work exactly? Oliver is an Ipswich asset so are Ipswich and Mildenhall now one and the same?? So will Cameron Heeps be a Mildenhall or Ipswich asset or a IpswichMildenhall asset?
  9. Agreed. If the article is correct there is no way a 1-7 Elite League team could be put together in such a short space of time.
  10. Nobody post AGM has announced any signings in the Elite League as of yet as i suppose they can't at the minute with things still up in the air. If Lynn ARE announcing team news Monday then that makes me think they could possibly be staying where they are where the League structure is finalised. Could be wrong but we'll see. From a selfish point of view i'm really hoping Lynn don't move up as i was so looking forward to the derbies.
  11. Could the promotion have been quiet about things because they were asked and considered moving in to the Elite League? Just a thought.
  12. Doolan seems nailed on which is sensible as he knows the Premier tracks like the back of his hand. Swap Stachyra for Doolan and again you could be close there. Only doubt could be Rempala although i'd love to see him in the line up.
  13. I bloody hope not that would definitely put an end to my attending at Foxhall!!! The single most boring rider i've EVER seen in Witches colours. I can't recall one single pass made by this chap in 2 whole seasons of riding for us. He is a gater and nothing more. Sometimes he can pop out, white line it for 4 laps and cling on to take points here and there. Sorry but he's just very very dull.
  14. If it had come from anyone else, i'd be sceptical too. From Catch22, then put your house on it!! I can see 2 Ipswich riders at Birmingham next season. Danny King and Robert Miskowiak. King has worked with Mick Bratley before at Peterborough and Bratley also thinks a lot of Miskowiak and has tried to sign him too in the past.
  15. Steve, i'm hugely disappointed that we've taken the decision to drop a League but the truth is we have far far more options to build a very strong Premier League side than Elite League one. You've seen Chris Louis' comments, we're totally skint. Nicholls made it clear he'll only hang around if the team is competitive and it was never going to be in all honesty so we were in all sorts of trouble and without doubt would have been in the bottom 2 or 3 again. That would be financial suicide if the crowd levels stayed the same as they were for the last weeks of the season and with another basement side, there was every chance of that happening. You won't understand the rivalry between Ipswich and Kings Lynn. Its massive and its the one huge plus point i'm clinging to at the moment. I actually agree with your comments above about the Premier League, i'm not a fan either. But the chance to renew rivalry with Kings Lynn is an exciting one.
  16. Absolutely. There's a few things i'd like to get off my chest and say about this, but i can't for obvious reasons!
  17. This is heart in the mouth time for all Witches fans and a very important few days coming up to determine the clubs future. Can you please leave your tittle tattle on who owns Coventry stadium out of this thread. Thanks.
  18. To be fair, they are not helping themselves with these pathetic press releases are they. They need to lay all the cards on the table and stop treating the fans like idiots. That press release has once again, raised far more questions than answers!!!
  19. So still nothing decided and the uncertainty goes on and on and on! At least the AGM is only days away so we will be put out of our misery soon. One thing is certain though, the money pot is clearly dry at Foxhall so even if we come out of this weekend still an Elite league club, its obvious the team won't be competitive as the money just isn't there to build a side that can compete
  20. Well i guess all will be revealed in the morning then to put us all out of our misery!
  21. I'd sooner bring Andersen back than have Nicholls and he'd probably be cheaper too!!
  22. According to a poster on the unofficial Witches forum, a journalist revealed at the football yesterday that the East Anglian Daily Times will be running with an exclusive with Chris Louis on Tuesday and that fans "won't be disappointed".
