Matt Tressarieu is on 5.44, I'd be happy enough with him and a 3 pointer and push Hawkins back to reserve.
-
9.09 for those two, only 8.63 left. Covatti isn't all that good really, but he does have a reputation of being entertaining.
-
I was going to ask the same thing as he's an asset of neither. From an Ipswich point of view, let's hope Horton doesn't stump up the cash to make him one.
-
King doubling up with Coventry.
-
Last two pieces of the jigsaw are "almost in place" according to Chris Louis, and we also have a new team manager who will be announced soon. Season ticket prices also revealed.. http://www.ipswichwitches.co/index.php/news-centre/905-season-tickets-now-available

Think I'd take up knitting on Thursday nights.
-
I assume it's son of Armando? Always liked Armando good solid rider for the Witches.
-
A couple of others mentioned him a page or two back, you heard something or just having a stab in the dark?
-
I feel the opposite TBH. I haven't seen anything from anyone else that frightens me so far, and if Summers and Lawson are the final two at Glasgow, they don't look all that either. Morris hasn't kicked on from bursting on the scene a few seasons ago, if anything he's slightly gone backwards. Same with Kozza, I don't see an average increase in him either. Remains to be seen what the others put together and I'm keeping an eye on Somerset as they always seem to put a tasty side together.
-
Risager is available and he's superb around Plymouth. He'd definitely help you be competitive at home at least.
-
Aye T'was me. Ellis, Lanham and Hawkins have similar averages with Ellis the lowest of the three, so any of them could be fitted in. If Lanham and Hawkins are in the team and Ellis we know isn't, then that wouldn't send out the right signals. Maybe there's more to Ellis' exclusion than meets the eye as none of us really know the ins and outs of what's going on. Perhaps Louis just doesn't want too many double uppers after riders missing too many meetings this season who knows.
-
An exciting looking newcomer on a 5.00 would certainly help the season ticket sales pitch by the club that is coming any day now, not sure a bottom end of Hawkins, Lanham and a weak looking 3 pointer would see the season ticket hotline jammed.
-
Why? I think it's a real possibility to be honest and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest
-
If we've sacked Ellis off for Leigh Lanham I won't be best pleased to put it mildly..
-
Ruml isn't ready to come over apparently as he's finishing school. But someone of that ilk would fit the bill, a Ruml or Sissis. Someone young and talented to add to the asset base.
-
8.84 is his real time average achieved from the meetings he did do. He dropped down on a converted EL average in the 11's.
-
I think King will put on half a point and be around 9 and a half. He hit nearly 9 whilst not really looking his best for Newcastle this year or particularly scoring heavy around his home track. He knows Foxhall inside out and I expect him to be dominant around Foxhall.
-
Bates? Rumoured where? As for improvers, King, Heeps, Manzares AND Tungate can improve. Tungate will spend the entire year away from the number 1 spot with King in there, so I'm fully expecting Tungate to increase his average again, just like he has in each of his 3 seasons. I can see him pushing the 9 point mark.
-
That looks a bit pants to be honest ..
-
Not necessarily he might still be one of the last two! The other could be a rider on a 2.14 average. Apparently you can now have a 2.14 averaged rider, it was just accidentally left off the AGM press release
-
Could just be lucky guesses, but fair play spot on! Care to have a stab at the remaining two? Tungate is one I wanted, it was another rider I'm unconvinced of
-
Pretty much what we all expected. 8.63 for I assume two reserves. I'm happy with three of those riders, welcome back to all four though. Personally I hope we go for a new 5 pointer and another reserve up to 3.63 rather than a couple of uninspiring 4 pointers with little improvement in them. We came up trumps with Gino last year so I hope we go down a similar route and hopefully strike gold again.
-
I'll sit and watch it with you!! That better not be the Ipswich team..
-
Hawkins? They would seem the obvious 4.
-
Or Risager? Confirmed not in the Ipswich line up and the jungle drums are linking him with Sheffield.
