No, Wolves should be lower league (training track), the Premiership should be full throttle racing. Would have Glasgow replace Wolves, possibly bring Leicester & Poole back up

I'm with you, moved just outside of Wolverhampton 5 years ago & been twice. Absolutely detest the place. For me, it's not Speedway as it should be

Why would any team sign Batchelor & Heeps fgs. Funny though -
King's Lynn v Ipswich. League Cup 7/4/22

Exactly this ^^^ I genuinely hope the 'Day Before' call-offs becomes the norm. It's so much better for fans thinking as the previous options used to create real anger. Anger at Buster for opening gates Anger at rider's for refusing to ride Electricity costs Fuel costs Staff expenses Etc etc. British Speedway clubs can't afford these costs of a call-off & neither can the fans afford the wasted travel. Fans need to accept times are different & tight belts are needed. Just because a club owned by a multi-millionaire ran a meeting doesn't mean it's financially viable for all. -

Should be 28 days from first official fixture; 31st March. 28th April v Ipswich (H) should be Kildemand's return -

Not sure what's achieved here either. Racing to heat 10 to get a result isn't an achievement. Some of those their tonight may feel they wished the meeting had been called off, it's another short-changing for the punters. -

I'm all for moaning when things are wrong but the management are absolutely bang on with this decision. We've all complained many a time about turning up at tracks, watching tractors & blading going round & round only to be called off anyway. The cost of running electric, fuel, staff etc will be extortionate in 2022 so clubs can't risk it. The costs to fans in fuel travel is extortionate & many more than usual wouldn't turn up with a threat of rain, especially the cold early season. I'd hope this has become the norm now -
So are the Kildemand 'not returning' rumours true then?? Supposedly injured for the first month yet rides tonight in Poland for Gniezno

We've never been a proper team in the top flight. We're the prop-up team in the top flight.

It's the snowflakes that want Laguta & Sayfutdinov to remain. Now having both in the series could become dangerous for the other competitor's (in all sports) as assassinations from Spies could happen. Any Russian against the Russian operations are being required by Nationalist's to get called out & are being "dealt with" accordingly.

Peterborough Panthers 2022
Daniel Smith replied to Flappy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Of course but they would have taken on a new asset list since Buster's ownership surely. Buster has a good business brain & there's absolutely no way he'd of taken on a club with no assets to fall back on. He knew from the start that the stadium was at risk, so he must have something to gain if the club folds?? -

Good bit of business by Buster as he'd just move all assets to King's Lynn's books -

Rained-Off -
I think Iversen will end up staying the full season & Kildemand replacing someone else. There's always rider's getting banged up at the start of the year. I have to say, Iversen's name on the teams sheet looks good, like a team that could seriously challenge that Sheffield team in 2022. Keep him fit, on form & he stays, title challenge IS ON

2022 Regulations - New Super Heat after Draw!!

Nope, first season in many years I can't be a$$ed. I took the comments as 4-3-2-0 every heat -
2022 Regulations - New Super Heat after Draw!!
Daniel Smith replied to Roger Jacobs's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Disagree. Teams can hugely benefit from strength in depth as this scoring system only benefits scoring in the minor spots. As an example, Doyle can score a 20 point maximum but the team loses every heat 25-20. For a team, during the regular heats (example) vs Doyle, if you don't make the starts just don't finish last. Then you gain huge benefits from a strong No3 & 4. Arguments for every scenario but definitely, under a 4-3-2-0 system the high averaged No1 & 5 become less important to a result. Simply proven by GB winning the SON last year. I'll always argue that the best scoring system possible will always be 4-2-1-0 if you don't want drawn meetings, winning races should always end in a team advantage, never 2nd & 3rd. -
Jet2Holidays have confirmed that flight's from the UK direct to Poland have been suspended due to War in Ukraine. Other companies are in consultation about their future plans too. So, what would this mean for rider's, especially for those racing Thursday's & have to be back to Poland on the Friday for Ekstraliga Training / meeting & SGP's?? Thing's could get very messy for the Premiership so so close to season starting.
