  1. Just Klindt wouldn't be enough to save KL's season. There has to be another change too
  2. It's personal trends. The next tab 'Trending' is the National one. British Speedway will never be on it
  3. It's happened before. Darcy Ward was Wildcard in a Polish round wasn't he?
  4. I don't have any problem with that line-up at all. Should be a very competitive meeting throughout as a British Final. The only problem is that Bewley apart, (because he's already a GP rider) the Cardiff Wildcard is gonna be extremely embarrassed. Controversial opinion, I'd rather the Wildcard for Cardiff was a foreigner.
  5. If the club got their finger out their a$$ & make 2-3 changes King's Lynn may not be (unbelievably) a million miles from top 4. Facing Wolves on Thursday to which has to be a home win. This home meeting brings last chance saloon, being 12 points behind the opposition. With a good home win this will come down to 9 with 2 meetings in hand. To the King's Lynn management, FOOKIN DO SOMETHING FFS. It actually doesn't matter if the changes make the team worse, at least it'll look like you've tried to do something positive, FOR THE FANS The team needs freshening up asap
  6. Plus the club were never dropping Kerr & Jorgensen. I'd put 80% chance of both being still at the club in 2023 too.
  7. Just watched the meeting after not knowing the result & but there will be the usuals that find excuses for King's Lynn & it's management team. The club has absolutely nothing about it & how embarrassing to watch a team manager & Pickering having a laugh with opposition when being absolutely battered. The impression of racing was pretty good for TV but only if a Stars rider gated. The wasn't much fight to protect position except for Pickering. There's absolutely no chance Pickering sticks with King's Lynn in 2023. King's Lynn are a budget club & it shows, with the promotion taking from the punters & giving nothing back, not even a little bit of hope. It is a dead club walking right now.
  8. Not sure I'd go with that as he's smashing it for Poole Look at last season's heatleaders & this 2021- Belle Vue - Bewley / Kurtz / S. Worrall Ipswich - King / Cook / Crump King's Lynn - Lawson / Jorgensen / Riss P'boro - Toft / Ostergaard / Harris Sheffield - Holder / Ellis / Pickering Wolves - Masters / Schein / Morris 2022 Belle Vue - Fricke / Kurtz / Zagar Ipswich - Doyle / King / Batchelor King's Lynn - Lawson / Iversen / Pickering P'boro - Toft / Harris / Ostergaard Sheffield - Holder / Ellis / Musielak Wolves - Masters / Douglas / Morris As you can see, apart from P'boro & Wolves every other teams heatleader positions have strengthened significantly over 2021. Of course, I'm not seeing races through 'the eye test' but I feel he's being harshly spoken about considering he's got harder competition, even within his own teammates in heats. He's now got rider's who can outgate, outsmart & faster than him now.
  9. Nothing stopping him coming in, he'd make the team significantly worse though
  10. Forget last season, the team was s#ยก+ and Lawson's average was inflated because of it. Iversen & Pickering are better than him so he was bound to not bag as many heat wins. Even on his current 5+, name an available rider that would come in & be better? Between 6-7 is Lawson's level. Pretty much every team is in the mud if any rider over 6 ave gets injured, because those replacements are just not there. This team will work but Worrall, Kerr & Jorgensen are the one's that need to be more consistent & Pickering needs to be much better away. We just can't replace 7+ rider's sufficiently, we try to do that the season is done.
  11. King's Lynn are best to run guests & R/R. Of course it's a risk but there are no suitable rider's available to come in as a genuine 7+ rider. Any replacement will significantly weaken the team. That's why this talk of replacing Lawson is also absurd.
  12. Team GSA's are irrelevant if replacing a single rider unless the rider is under the total team average. We can use whatever average Iversen has for a replacement.
  13. Unfortunately, just being grateful in is what's killing the sport. It is literally just down to the diehards with some bringing their grand(kids). As a former diehard, I just couldn't take being mugged off any longer & British Speedway is falling deeper in to a disastrous state. I'm not longer shocked or saddened by track closures. The finger of blame has to stop being pointed at negative comments &/or those not attending. The focus is 100%, on those running the sport. If the Promoters are not interested in listening then there are consequences.
  14. May be but is he that much better than Mulford??
  15. The unprofessionalism of the club rearing it's ugly head again
  16. To be fair, the Exstraliga barely interfere at all. We only have Doyle & Holder from that league. We're now fighting with eWinner 1 Liga which is still a better standard than the Premiership.
  17. Regularly, it was the reason the 28 day ban was introduced. We forced rider's to pick the UK or lose a months wages. Only within the last 15yrs rider's haven't given an F about it to ride in Poland's top 2 tiers.
  18. There wasn't many complaint 20-30yrs ago when we were the dictators. The issue isn't Poland, the issue is our own (head in the sand) ego's screaming foul play. The true reality of World League Speedway we're about 5th in the rankings. 1. Exstraliga 2. Elitserien 3. Dansk Speedway Liga 4. Bundesliga 5. Premiership
  19. Of course it's legal. If anything, Iversen has been riding illegally, breaking his Polish contract agreeing he won't participate in more than 3 leagues
  20. It's only protected from a T/S. Reserve switches still happen
