  1. Buster is no longer in charge of King's Lynn & it's not going paticularly well
  2. I think Ipswich are nuts to not try & find a way to fit Tungate in their own team, way better than what they have if they're serious about challenging.
  3. Surely we're not gonna go down the "it's all Buster's fault" road again. Buster wouldn't agree a deal & take it away, something else would of had to change. Tungate asking more, or sponsors not putting in what they agreed etc?
  4. Why would they? Speedway's never getting as high views as Le Mans & French Open Tennis
  5. Ipswich have had Emil & Doyle all season & are only 3pts clear of King's Lynn who have been proper s#!t
  6. This theory needs challenging. There seems to be a running theme that rider's come here & become worse, rider's leave here & become better. There's something about this club that just isn't working.
  7. I'd say track time is the most obvious answer. Back in the day we'd be at home pretty much weekly from March to October plus rider's where putting in practice days, & after meeting laps too. We'd even have Topinka riding the tractor with Huggy to get the track tiptop. Now it's a home meeting around every 3 weeks on average, & no rider's willing to put any extra lap time in. With how different the tracks prepared every meeting, our team are turning up just like an away team themselves, with the lack of strength in the team we'll always get run close or beaten
  8. I don't see why all this "Keyboard Warrior" s#!te has kicked off again. I've not seen one complaint about Brady & the signing of Laguta. If anything, most fans are unhappy with everything that's going on around him. Alex is the new guy & the club is suffering from the same mistakes for the last decade. That's clear evidence the issues are elsewhere. Fingers crossed for Alex but unless others move on he'll be fighting a losing battle at King's Lynn & end up tarred with the same brush. We once had a guy very similar to him, in that he'd travel to GP's, Ekstraliga, Elitserien meetings, chatting with rider's, marketing the club locally but eventually British Speedway knocked the stuffing out of him. He was the son of our (past) owner. Personally I'd forget about Poland, go looking at the youngsters from America, Germany, France, Argentina etc, these guys would be absolutely grateful for a chance & give you everything they have. Even 16-18yo Swedes & Danes are worth a shot over employing the same old same old year in, year out. Alex, pleeeeeeeeease do something different for 2024. Source new track material & find new rider's & do it your way. You're listening & learning from the wrong people who have already done a very poor job for over a decade at this club.
  9. That's the problem with this team, there's far to many wrongs. There's no established heatleader to handle the No5 position, the middle order isn't powerful enough against other middle orders, nobody is delivering whilst in the reserve position. I can't see Klindt delivering in this team. Obviously the club couldn't afford KK & Laguta but it's what's needed. When Kerr can just rock up & blow our whole team away you know there's SERIOUS problems.
  10. Don't agree, we're not getting results away with this team, and Laguta will do well to match KK's 10.40 ave at home. KK was required to stay along with Laguta to just get results at home. Ipswich are the same, they have Doyle & Sayfutdinov & still lost so for us to rely on Laguta is a big big ask at home
  11. Away is not as important as at home. Home fans help pay the wages of riders, keep getting walloped at home & fans won't turn up, it really is that simple.
  12. Adding Artem won't help crowds if we're still getting whacked at home, more likely to go bust quicker. An absolute must to win at home
  13. Nothing to do with Artem, should have had both in the team. Home form is massively important.
  14. Absolutely huge mistake letting Kasprzak go, the evidence is clear
  15. @AlexBrady keep an eye out for this guy, he's very upset about Peterborough. He'll be putting sugar in Artem's fuel
  16. Really don't understand Peterborough fans problem with Richie Worrall. He's delivering exactly what's expected from him average wise. He's not your problem one iota. Iversen & Basso have been poor, Andersen, Worrall are about their level & Cook & Jenkins are above their expectations. If Tungate & Tarasenko gets going they can make a significant difference.
  17. The mood is high so I won't give mine if that's ok
  18. The club shouldn't sit on it's a$$ and just admire itself though, they still need a new site asap.
  19. 1. Laguta 8.00 2. Jakobsen 6.39 3. Klindt 6.64 4. Jorgensen 6.24 5. Palm-Toft 6.85 6. Tomson 4.47 7. Edwards Ave: 38.59
  20. I hope he received the appropriate medical treatment, best wishes & speedy recovery to him
  21. Police Intercepters has been 'right out the top draw' tonight on Channel 5.
  22. Love him already, he said said Saddlebow Road
  23. The 1st is not until Thursday, clubs will be silent as those that are getting the chop will probably not know as yet & are needed for Monday. Announcement won't happen until Tuesday earliest, common sense.
  24. I'm surprised Speedway haven't taken advantage of OAP's to be honest. They're likely to be the most die-hard & have the most spare change. U16 £0 17-70 £10 71+ £30 Just giving viewing promoters some ideas
