They're not permanent fences. They're put up and down every meeting at King's Lynn & over a season are more economical as you don't have to replace an air bag due to puncture and tearing. The initial lay out in cost is no more than the highest quality air fence

Pretty enjoyable in the end with anyone being the pick of race winners. Surprised not much had been mentioned regarding the crash earlier with Dryml. Amazing that both riders looked to suffer minimal injury. That was big. It again raised the question about air fences when the bike goes in first. Poly foam is the way forward

At this particular moment Eddie Kennett well cost Swindon the Elite League title. It's as simple as that. A strong top 5 team can carry poor performing reserves & at the moment Poole top that chart. If Poole make the Play-Offs it will be theirs to loose. Just as an aside to this though, if a reserve change needed to be made you could do a lot worse than getting our Kozza Smith in unless he's been redeclared in our side come Monday of course.

Well, if K Pod performs in this, would BSI consider a Latvian for one of next year's Wildcards rather than the usual Pole or Swede???

I don't think it was a bad GP at all for the Italian round. OK, not much passing but that's not everything in speedway. The track had more than one line and having to watch the slower riders skilfully defend their lines was great. In term of hard riding Iversen was the best on show especially the 2 races against Pedersen. Iversen & Woffinden were the fastest men on show and both deserved to be on the podium. Suyfutinov can count himself lucky but to be a World champion it's all about getting results when not fully on it The series is about to get exciting with the top 2 battling it out and the fought for the top 8 is looking tough too

First thought's are with Ricky Ashworth & family and seriously wishing for rhe right outcome. Secondly, Scunthorpe supporter's should have a right to reply regarding abusive insults directed at Ashworth after the accident. Was it just one or a few? Somebody on here will know them. These people should hang their head in shame if they remain silent as these fans / fan should be reported and suspended from Scunthorpe Speedway. Best wishes Ricky fella, don't give up

Stars fans who say they're not bothered anymore, here's something that may just tip us over the edge If the points are handed to Peterborough due to the illegal use of Kozza, Peterborough will only be 4 points behind us in the league. Worse than that, bottom of the table Belle Vue will be only 6 behind. Our current lineup is also only looking down & not up. This can only be bad for the club and attendance figures are bound to slip over the next few meetings. This is one fan worried, very worried

Well, there really is no point in team changes now that we're likely to be stripped of 3 points from the meeting against Peterborough. Let's hope the team can at least entertain the crowds that turn up for the remainder of the season with hopefully 2 home defeats against Lakeside to help keep Poole outside the play-Off's Bring on 2014 (If Speedway still exists that is)

I'm afraid Bryn is wrong with regards to forums not being taken seriously. I work for a multi billion $ US company who use forum's for feedback, faxbacks, emails etc. We request people to be anonymous unless they wish to be contacted. It's the right way for any business in the modern World to survive. The modern World is full of high demand and speedway is stuck in the 80's. It is in serious need of change to move forward and I'm afraid to say it but the people in charge are old past it dinosaurs Need to get in the 21st century BSPA

With the cancellation of the Lakeside meeting, I think it's to do with a team change more than electrical issues. I might just be being a little to over suspicious

In 2002 at Peterborough the place was packed out with no Great Britain in the final. I think we just appreciate seeing the World's best rider's on show as it doesn't happen over here very often these days. If Belle Vue get it the place will be rammed with or without home representation

Is the return of Lasse better or as good as Alden??? With some of the other rider's mentioned previously, I'm not convinced but really hope this comes off. Lasse at the moment is nothing more than a reserve IMO. Our team right now on current form consists of:- 1 Heat Leader in Iversen 2 second strings in Korneliussen & Worrall 4 reserves in Schlein, Bjerre, Porsing & Lebedevs I'm bloody worried if nobody else is. Horrendous looking line-up

What on earth are you talking about. Waldron moved to reserve & Hazelden in the main body of the team as of the averages issued on the 18th July. The IOW meeting was Weds 17th July & Buxton before that so I don't understand what's illegal???

Had a text message saying Artur Mroczka is in talks. Good or bad? Better or worse than Alden? He's been pretty awful this season so hope not
