I would certainly say that was a one off. He may have his reasons for it regardless of whether it takes 2 minutes or not. Tai is and has been one of the best rider's out there for giving up his time for the fans, before, during and after meetings. He should be given the benefit of the doubt before being lambasted. With regards to his form in the UK his scores look dreadful but in his 4-5 visits at King's Lynn he's put nothing less than 100% effort I have no doubt at all. He may just be finding the new heatleader format a little harder going than he expected. On to tonight's meeting. Pawlicki was special, absolutely class display but did embarrass himself at the end of the night while displaying his wheelie skills he came off the back and face planted the track. For us, it was an absolutely exceptional team performance with absolutely every single man chipping in. For rider of the night, none can be singled out so all 7 will receive the accolade. A stunning and ruthless display. Loved it

I wouldn't recommend anyone risk leaving for the meeting at their usual time. Be sensible and give an extra 30 mins. It's better to be early than be late. Can't call this meeting, think it's reliant on which Tai Woffinden turns up. Fancy Wolves for a point. 48-42 Stars

I was gonna say exactly the same thing. Only 6 points came from our no5 position and Kerr probably had his worst night including the absolutely shocking exclusion in heat 14.

Let's all be honest, what Rosco said tonight was absolutely bang on, meetings shouldn't be pushed through just to establish a result. It does rip off the paying public. The reason he comes across as a bit of a monkey is because when it suits he views the opposite opinion. Consistency is all the fans want. We can't just blame Rosco though, it's just he's added to the argument from tonight's meeting. ALL promoters pull the same stunts.

Saturday's are a busy day around Europe for speedway pretty much every weekend these days. British Elite League running on a Saturday has to expect missing rider's, it's rather selfish to think rider's should put clubs before individual glory. Just ain't gonna happen. IMO no Elite League meeting's should run on a Saturday at all.

You say about petty childish behaviour but haven't you noticed, that since the departure of Shovlar the forum has become far more relaxed. Far more debating on subjects in a far more humorous and harmonious fashion. Steve never bothered me to much but he certainly knew how to word his posts to rile others then act the victim. Like it but I think 10 metre gaps may be to large. 10 metres is tough when a rider touches the tapes so would be extremely harsh on a rider who wasn't at fault for the restart, especially if they were right on the back wheel of the rider in front. 5 metre gaps may be better as it's enough of a start for the leading rider but also enough for the others to really get their teeth into chasing down those in front
