  1. Oh yes, Joachim Kugelmann. The uncontrollable out of control German. Legend
  2. I've obviously mixed 2000 & 2001 together as I thought Nahlin came in for Karlsson who broke his leg on turn 1 (the most sickening noise I'd ever heard that crash) then Nahlin broke his leg (I think) John Cook came in for him and Tomasz Bajerski (remember him) came in for someone else
  3. Bradford track, Millennium Stadium, in King's Lynn. Regardless of what some may deceive as a dream, I just couldn't go against my own people for love nor money
  4. How I understand it (so not very well ) is that the SEC is under the 'European FIM' and not 'The FIM' & there's been some internal wrangling between the 2 parties over it. British Speedway only recognise the official FIM but I do believe the official FIM are becoming swayed to the SEC so in the near future all riders will be competing.
  5. Exactly that and not many approved of that either yet see Mole as a Saint
  6. Everyone is entitled to an opinion and in mine, Mole is a vulture. It's like me selling you a £1m house, knowing you can't afford it You go bust after failing your mortgage after 5 years Then I come sniffing, offering to buy back for the remaining mortgage Then sell it to the next sucker for £1.5m and so on.
  7. That's a very close minded statement. Tony Mole should carry some of the can for selling clubs to blatant donkey owners. May be goodfor him but the way he goes about his business is horrendous for the sport. If you name all the clubs he'd saved, how many are still alive?
  8. Wrong. The top team chooses either 2nd, 3rd or 4th and has the choice of home or away in the 1st leg of both the semi and the final
  9. One thing we have to think about here is, Tony Mole is very good at resurrecting clubs. He's also very good at selling them to the biggest donkey's going for the biggest buck with no thought of their future. The man isn't God, just constantly making the best dollar for himself.
  10. Man, I love Peter Kildermand all action and excitement from start to finish
  11. It's been a Rugby pitch from day 1. The 5-a-side and hockey pitches are on the outsides of the stadium
  12. I think Simon Lambert has now done his allowed 4 guest appearances hasn't he
  13. That is correct but their motors move around with them.
  14. And I have to say, adding to the terrific racing, Jack Burnicle & Sam Ermolenko has been very good tonight too. The whole show from start to now has been bang on
  15. Correct, I would love to stick with our initial 1-7 but Elite League winner's has never been done before with the season opening lineups. That surely tells us something.
  16. If think you've nailed it. Kenneth Bjerre has lost confidence in his fellow compatriots rather than his own ability. It shows in his GP performances to. In front uncatchable but behind frightened. There has been times where he's been side by side and just turns the power off in the turns. If he doesn't get injured anymore this season he will turn it around I'm sure.
  17. Trees, asking the Eastbourne fans if they're happy with the track is pointless. They're clearly happy as they're turning up week in week out. It's the supporters that ain't turning up and why the clubs up for sale that the question needs to be asked to. The truth is and many Eastbourne fans have made comment on it in the past, they've put out the cheapest possible team every year, setting the track up in their favour to look better than they are. Year in year out their way performances tell you how bad they really are. But I think people have to remember that these remaining fans may now be without speedway and that isn't a situation any of us want to be in so they may be highly charged and a little touchy about negutive comments even if justified.
  18. A very disappointing week for the Stars only collecting 3 from 11 points. Certainly hope this isn't a sign of things to come and just a small blip
  19. Yep, can't believe how bad this is. Will I can actually after the Leicester v King's Lynn meeting but the only passing opportunities are from engine failures or falls. No passing what so ever. Might well be better off having 1 lap sprints. By the noise from the crowd, they seem easily pleased though
  20. And your knowledge to know what a Mark Owen song is also adds to the worrying list If anyone see ruckerroo or orion at a track near you, backs to the walls chaps
  21. Absolutely spot on yet PL fans can't get their heads round it at all. The best circuits in the UK are:- Somerset Peterborough King's Lynn Wolverhampton Scunthorpe Sheffield After that small bunch it's much of a muchness with the worst circuits beings Rye House Eastbourne Lakeside Leicester Belle Vue Edinburgh Personally, if speedway could afford it I'd put the best race tracks in the top league rather than bringing or leaving out the top riders. Doesn't matter how good a rider is, if the racing is sh!yte it will remain so at the worst tracks regardless.
  22. So is none of those but an identical Peterborough track
