King's Lynn must be really bad
-
All depending on King's Lynn & Leicester's last signing at the moment it's gonna be a scrap for the wooden spoon. 1. Poole 2. Belle Vue 3. Swindon 4. Coventry 5. Lakeside 6. Wolves 7. King's Lynn / Leicester 8. Leicester / King's Lynn

We've only 1 place to fill and it's now becoming critical, Batchelor is the least of our worries
-
We had Joe Jacobs as our FTR last season and quit on us before a wheel was turned so I wouldn't say he's reliable either.
-
Understand what you're saying but if I was a rider it would be 2 fingers to the British EL with no 2nd thought. Money pays the bills, don't p!ss off the Poles
-
Jesus man, stop letting people get under ya skin. Just stop replying to their jibes and get back on thread. You can't call people "kids" then run of with ya ball. How does that look?
-
I disagree, more than capable of averaging an 8 and especially double figures round the AFA. Me personally would negotiate his demands, see how it goes. If it isn't paying, release him. No loss, move on to the next one. Right now, he's the best option available.

I seriously think we should just go with Zengota and be done with it. He's an improving rider and is committed to the British EL rather than some other half assed. He finished 22nd in the 2015 Ekstraliga average with a 6.73 average, the toughest league in the world. 5.81 in 2014. He also rode 31 matches for Swindon averaging 6.71 last season. With his last 20 matches counting towards his 2016 average of 7.79 again shows he's improved. We get let down if we go down any other route now imo
-
Just to share, Simon Lambert EL average for last season was an impressive 2.87 from 20 matches for Leicester Lions. I do feel the No'1 will need to knock in maximums week in week out to keep us in meetings as the reserves will get pummelled
-
Bringing in Iversen doesn't fix anything though. It will just make thing worse after his little practice sessions with us. If we've exhausted all other avenues then we'll just have to accept Kenneth Bjerre and us fans and the management will have to deal with the consequences

Lottery Win Speedway....
Daniel Smith replied to Shale Searcher's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
1. Emil Sayfutdinov 8.00 2. Robert Lambert 6.59 3. Przemyslaw Pawlicki 5.75 4. A 5 point untried foreigner 5.00 5. Tai Woffinden 7.03 6. Jason Garrity 5.08 7. Adam Roynon 3.00 Ave: 40.45 -
I disagree. The calibre of rider's that would be on show would be very attractive anywhere in the UK as these rider's would be a novelty. Anywhere else in Europe it would be a flop.

Fours Festival Weekend

A bit harsh. Pricing structure of this event is a genuine and major factor for this to work. You may be a multi millionaire and ain't bothered, but for most in the real world finances have to be considered. Anything over £30 for both days will have to be putting the future of the 2 day event at risk. -

People seem to keep saying that the pricing has to be right without giving their own opinion of what that would be. IMO anything over £30 for adult admission for both days would see the event a massive flop as the promoter's need to take the price of overnight stays into consideration. -
Iversen would mean a change to the 4 riders already selected. Even if our 2 reserves were 3 pointers, Iversen takes us 0.17 over the limit To make that change for a rider who'll come in for just a Month would be totally and utterly ridiculous. Iversen is now a loss, get use to it.

Speedway on TV? That's just a pipe dream! Well it is for me anyway, no chance am I subscribing to either Sky or BT ever again seeing as speedway is the only sport I'd watch. Just can't be justified for me

Think scoobs is right. Seem to remember that all SWC selected rider's aren't allowed to race in other events from the day the SWC starts so could rule King & Lambert out. -
What's Coventry got to do with it? If Leicester want to race Friday's they will, whether Coventry like it or not.

Peterborough Panthers 2016
Daniel Smith replied to mudflaps's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Although it doesn't make much difference as you have plenty of spare points but how did Porsing's average become so low? 7.83 is what I make it -
I'm struggling to see where any blame on Kerr. The Premier League is where the FTR's bread and butter is. To suggest that he should have given that place up for FTR & less meeting wage needs there noggins checked out. We changed our race night, our problem, nobody else's

KLStars 2016 1. Grzegorz Zengota 7.79 2. Mads Korneliussen 5.95 3. Robert Lambert 6.59 4. Rory Schlein 6.24 5. Troy Batchelor. 6.91 6. Simon Lambert 3.11 7. Lewis Rose 3.00 Total: 39.59 (0.91 remaining)

The management need to be honest and admit they've fooked up. Things have been pretty embarrassing for the club since about May / June last season. Things feel like they're getting worse as the days role by. Just stick Nicklas Porsing and Simon Lambert in and let the sh!t flow now. Nobody wants to come, we get it. We won't chuck silly money about, we get it. Not having a fans forum for the first time in donkeys for team announcements to me gave a huge negative impression on our management team.
-
And they were???
-
Howarth was on the list from the start though, that's the problem. Adding rider's to the list before a wheel is turned andteams have already selected their FTR's is absurd No new riders should be added until after the 1st May minimum Just to add, if Ben Barker is added and ends up at King's Lynn then Buster's Chairmanship must be questioned. Would absolutely stink of self interest, something he wanted to stand against and play a straight bat. Sign Barker, Buster will be like all the others and can't be trusted imo

Will, I appreciate that they bothered to show the meeting at all, even if you didn't. It wasn't a great spectacle but nice to see some racing after a few months off
