  1. If Poole were to sign Richie Worrall, he and Kyle would cover the NL criteria
  2. What he said ^^^ We were promised changes "for the fans" to enhance the Speedway experience. A change in the management was done to try just that as Buster had to much on. So far, what have we got? Meetings run through quicker with less track grading Some random flame thrower Most important of all though, the racing from 2 home matches has been atrocious and there doesn't seem to be anyone bothered about it from the management team.
  3. Off topic, but have you received a call from Buster yet regarding the Speedway Star
  4. Gerhard are now advertising the GTR for British based riders only @£3950+vat Absolute bargain
  5. Yep, as long as the team has 2 current or previous NL riders anywhere in the team.
  6. Any one can be anywhere in the team as long as we have to riders that are eligible of have been in the NL. We have Rose and Lambert that covers that criteria. It's only the Championship that has to have an NL No7.
  7. The amended rule is out, the new limit after the first set of average is 42 Don't panic Stars fans, we've got Holder from Poole and it seems he's brought rule manipulation with him Team Composition 18.7.3 For the SGB Premiership ONLY, it must not exceed 42.00 points in any declaration following the issue of established CMA for 2017, except where the MA of the introduced rider is equal to, or lower than the rider being replaced. Any re-declaration must include 2 riders who have competed or are eligible to enter the National Development League (Conference League).
  8. Questions over the Somerset management Why wasn't Graversen given heat 14 over Allen? Could of 5-1'd that heat, then a 5-1 in 15 would have seen a home win
  9. You may well be right. The club may already know what the new team building averages will be and we could be well under that. It was suggested that the it could be revised to about 42. Currently we're at 37.91. If that remains we could replace Bailey with a 6.09 rider We have to stop Kerr completing 4 home 4 away with Poole then we can fit him in on the 5.98 for Bailey How we would look then is: 1. Lambert 7.83 2. Rose 5.40 3. Kerr 5.98 4. Holder 5.41 5. Batchelor 7.67 6. Huckenbeck 4.84 7. Porsing 4.76 41.89
  10. Clearly you have a different opinion of "in the mix" than I do
  11. Whilst true and I agree, the club can't just sit on it's hands and allow the new averages to kick in. We'd be well and truly stuffed then. Also to take into consideration, come the end of May we'd of completed 9 fixtures. That would mean only 19 fixtures remain & we're already 5 points off a top 4 spot. Time runs out very quickly in this sport
  12. Ok, so how does it work then. Palm Toft has a new average in the Championship so how does he gain a team place in the Premiership? Because it's a new average should it be converted to go into a higher league? Should he be able to sign for a Premiership team on his original average? Does he have to wait until the Premiership has new averages? Who the hell knows!?!?!?
  13. Is it? We would redeclare to 50 points and his starting average on the BSPA site shows as 6.98
  14. Iversen is a massive miss I agree but are you seriously suggesting that the club sits on it's hands and allow Holder to achieve an absolute p!$$ poor average? Holder has to be moved on and unfortunately that includes Bailey too. Regardless of personal reasons or feelings, if he's not delivering on track it has to be Bye Bye. Here's my reshuffle 1. Robert Lambert 8.70 2. Michael Palm Toft 6.98 3. Troy Batchelor 7.36 4. Nickolas Porsing 6.99 5. Richie Worrall 8.49 6. Lewis Rose 5.97 7. Kai Huckenbeck 5.14
  15. Current averages (bonus points) including yesterday's meeting Robert Lambert 7.83 (8.00) Troy Batchelor 7.67 (8.33) Chris Holder 5.41 (6.12) Lewis Rose 5.40 (6.40) Kai Huckenbeck 4.84 (5.47) Nikolas Porsing 4.76 (5.52) Josh Bailey 1.60 (1.87) Total 37.51 (41.71) It's clear to see the Lambert, Batchelor, Rose & possibly Huckenbeck are safe Holder, Porsing & Bailey at the moment have the axe over them
  16. Funny isn't it, we all know had Huckenbeck been there he'd of scored a 15 point max wouldn't he Come on Dale, don't go down the route of trying to pull the wool over the fans eyes ffs
  17. Robert Lambert apart they all need fooking sacking
  18. Well, for my first visit to Monmore I quite like the track I have to say. What a pile of sh!te we are. An absolute disgrace of a team with the exception of Robert Lambert.
  19. Thanks, but I'll already be in Wolverhampton. Now living there half the week
  20. so much truth is said in jest I'm hoping for a rain off, my car has just become fooked.
  21. Will be my first time at Wolverhampton for this one. Feel it could be embarrassing for us though with the Stars struggling to hit 40 points.
  22. Who's what going to be? Remarks from who? You have to elaborate as not everyone reads the Speedy Star
  23. Man for man the Stars should lap up the points from this meeting. Truth is, we look like a team of under-achievers at the moment but having Cook as guest certainly makes us even stronger on current form. Somerset 1. Rohan Tungate 2. Paul Starke 3. Charles Wright 4. Patrick Hougaard 5. Josh Grajczonek 6. Jake Allen 7. Jan Graversen 1. Craig Cook (G) 2. Lewis Rose 3. Nicklas Porsing 4. Troy Batchelor 5. Robert Lambert 6. Kai Huckenbeck 7. Josh Bailey (Guest likely after withdrawal from U21s)
  24. If any of the Cradley riders ride in the Championship they'll be ineligible
