There are factors that makes this BSPA decision understandable and clear in their statement. Heat 10 had already been started twice with the exclusions of both Redcar riders As stated, at worst Glasgow would still have been 8 up if their rider's hadn't completed the heat Because of the worst possible outcome of heat 10 and the Bears curfew at 10pm no other outcome was possible

The averages do fit, Przedpełski would come in on a 7.00 based on his Polish and Swedish figures from 2016

Simon was the difference last night and my 'Man of the Meeting' The 7 points he scored won us the meeting as the usual 0 from No7 would have seen the result a home draw

Nonsense I'm a King's Lynn Stars fan not a Holder, Lambert, Batchelor, Porsing, Rose, Huckenbeck, Lambert fan. The 1-7 are a club collective and that's what the atmosphere should be about. Maybe consistent local lads (Robert Lambert, Lewis Rose) in the team may get their own tune.

While those PL sides sweeped up I still have a much bigger affection for the 2005 team Rye House looking to be treble winners and in the space of a week destroyed their dreams handsomely. That atmosphere at Rye those two night's will live firmly in the memory as their fans were well and truly irritated while we were all going f'in mental with joy. That was the year that sent us on the road to success in later years.

As slow as the start of the season has been you can see the improvements slowly. We've had to many seasons starting off fast only to see it fade badly towards the end. Most importantly if our lads can have an injury free season for once I still believe we'll be there or thereabouts come the Play-Offs. We just need to get Porsing going, there's not many rider's about as good as him on their day. Saying that, still wouldn't mind Tungate in and get that Aussie factor back in the team. We always seem to be at our best with Aussies in the team, especially in the PL days

Seeing as Lambert's signing seems to be all above board it's a very good signing. People saying he won't be any good away, who cares. We're struggling to get things done at home and that's the priority thought right now. If Simon only gets 3 rides and scores 3-5 a meeting, that's all the difference from a close meeting to a comfortable home win.

And Simon should still be 5.25. Somerset when making their changes had to use season starting averages building to 50. It doesn't make sense how this has been allowed to go through.

Nope, the riders has to have had a season starting average of 3.31 or less.

It can't be Simon Lambert as he'd have to come in on his starting average until we've completed the 4 home 4 away as a team

Whilst I understand where you're both coming from the problem is, it looks like we'll need to replace 2 to get a half decent No7. We not really going to get much improvement in the team by just replacing Bailey. For me, Porsing makes far more sense to let go for the greater good.

Huckenbeck, Holder and Bailey have 1 away meeting but the others, the averages below will be their new averages. Lambert 7.89 Batchelor 7.89 Holder 6.53 Huckenbeck 5.94 Rose 5.50 Porsing 4.75 Bailey 2.00 Total 40.50 With the revised 42 limit we can only replace Bailey with a 3.50 rider. With the improvement in Huckenbeck and Holder's form that 3.50 will be even less. As a team manager, I'd be ruthless now and replace Porsing and Bailey. Giving us 10.30 for 2 replacements now for me is a better option than waiting for Porsing to drop 2 points off his average, this would leave us with 8.25 to replace both.

Have to say, that was​ one of the best meetings for years at the AFA. Absolutely brilliant racing and the track producing racing lines of yesteryears. The fact the track is being left ungraded is creating it's own lines throughout the evening. This punter went home the happiest for a long long time
