  1. I thought we'd struggle to get 40 with a full team as T/S not allowed in the KO Cup.
  2. Can't have 2 R/R. Need a guest for either one of Holder is missing. I would absolutely PMSL if Holder's missing.
  3. Lewis Bridger anyone? The best option I can see Ty Proctor fits on a 7.16, would give him a go first
  4. R/R makes us stronger in my opinion. Batchelor and Rose able to take 2 of his a rides then Wilco to have the other 2
  5. Absolutely s#!+ for Porsing. Speedy recovery to him as nobody deserves to be injured, especially (possibly) long term. But The opportunity is in the palm of the King's Lynn promotions hands, will they take it?
  6. No Chris Holder for Lejonen in Sweden tonight. Porsing scored 2 from 5 for Rospiggarna in the same meeting.
  7. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but at the end of last season and through the winter nobody was really interested in either rider. In fact, none of the top league were interested in Schlein probably thinking he's done. But he'd proved a point at Ipswich so Wolves moved in quick. Bjerre had burnt to many bridges with the fans, he would have been hugely under pressure before a wheel was turned. No
  8. I really don't see what others are. I just don't see this being close at all. We've not been great from the starts and if that is to continue, against this side we really will be shown up. Lindgren, Masters, Thorssell, Schlein all great trappers and I fancy for double figures round the AFA. No tactical rides just a straight 15 heats too so a bad start will highlight our problems much greater. We will struggle to hit 40 points, I have no doubt about.
  9. Mick Horton at Poole, ooooooh that would be exciting
  10. Tungate doesn't fit for Porsing using the starting of revised averages and Newman's is way higher than S.Lambert's
  11. Understand what you're saying but it's not Huckenbeck's fault. What is annoying is clubs putting fixtures on around these dates knowing full well riders could be missing. Had R.Lambert been picked he too would have missed Wednesday's fixture. The responsibility for missing riders for FIM events is on the promoters, not the riders.
  12. Haven't you learnt anything yet. Promoters don't like listening to their customers. Us fans know absolutely nothing and the promoters know everything, that's why British Speedway is in such a healthy position with massive crowds week in week out
  13. A bit of a curve ball here but what about the old guard on 28 day deals in Paul Hurry / Jon Armstrong?
  14. To be fair, he scored 3+2 for Berwick yesterday at Peterborough and I thought deserved a bit more but was caught on the wrong racing line. Gated pretty well too and that's half the battle an was only his 2nd meeting of 2017. I'm actually intrigued enough to attend Wednesday. Yes, that's right. Jake Knight is the reason I'm attending Wednesday night, seriously no joke
  15. Tell me about it but I can't see where we can go forward. Porsing will be reserve by the end of the month and I can't see him performing as well as Huckenbeck down there. We desperately need a stronger reserve at No7. Maybe Graversen on a 4.00 at No7 but Porsing has to be replaced IMO. Currently form is a 4.69, if we allow that drop rather than find a 6 point man now we're in the brown stuff.
  16. Newman is between a rock and a hard place. He'll want another team and do well but, if he goes out and up his average Poole won't be interested as he then becomes less valuable to the team.
  17. I'm sure in private Trees has similar thoughtsto all of us but now the Supporters Club is firmly attached and in bed with the club. I'm sure those running it have to tow the party line on all social media. I honestly don't believe everything Trees says is always her actual opinion on matters but feels she has to be on the defensive.
  18. Went to Peterborough v Berwick yesterday. Even though it was a dust bowl it's was the most I've enjoyed a league Speedway meeting in years. My little 2yo girl loved it too, more than any meeting she's attended at King's Lynn. I will never be a Panthers fan but I felt more VFM came from it so I've got some thinking to do for 2018. That old feeling from our PL days came rolling back, rider's interaction with the supporters was there. A couple of mascots my daughter could run up to and high 5 and cuddle. It just felt like the fans that were in attendance meant something.
  19. Should be a sign at the entrance "No Farting Please".
  20. Starke is only 2nd to Holder in race wins with 16 and he's only had 4 last places all season. He certainly isn't it any of the rider's that need replacing. Shouldn't worry anyway as Starke will have to prioritise the Panthers in any fixture clash except rescheduled fixtures.
  21. Hit the nail on it's unmissable fat fookin head. If it was me I'd bin Porsing immediately with Simon giving us 10.30 ave Todd Kurtz 5.54 Max Clegg 4.70 It's risky but we'll get nowhere without trying
