It is about balance, totally. Over the last 12 months I have been negative, maybe over the top to some, maybe justifiable to others. For me it's justified after last season. Lost all faith in King's Lynn's owner. To me he is a shark and not interested in his clubs supporters. In the previous 30 years I'd been nothing but bleed King's Lynn so I think it's a little unfair to be called "always a negative person". At the same time though their are those that are delusional and see no wrong at all, there certainly are 2 Stars posters on here that come under that bracket. Don't see why their opinion is any more valid than the opposite opinion? Same as the posts from someone that attends to someone that doesn't. We're all entitled and for me last year was the final straw. Some will say forget and move on. That's what we've always done with this club but there's alway a breaking point for everyone. Mine has been reached. 30 years a fan destroyed in 2017. If someone says to me I'm always negative, they deserve a comeback as they don't know me at all.

If they're going with local wildcards they should have the GP Challenge in Britain at Belle Vue. That way, there's no need for "local" wildcards as such but a genuine challenger given 1 of the 4 wildcards. This would also benefit British fans and almost compensates for just 1 GP round. Belle Vue would get plenty in for a meeting like this from up and down the country.

It's always been this way and that's sport in general. King's Lynn have tried something different with their fitness camps, pre-meeting training and are a nice team. Let's wait and see if all the stuff in the background can deliver over teams who love to manipulate and bend rules.

You did see it but it's for assessed rider's averages 16.2.1.6 A SGB Premiership or Championship assessed League rider will establish an MA after 4 Home and 4 Away fixtures, becoming effective 7 days after the last qualifying Meeting. Should an Established MA not be achieved to be effective from 1st May, then the MC may issue a revised MA, based upon actual rides if the Team re-declares.

Kerr is more than capable, held his own in the 2nd string positions before. MPT may be, very slightly weaker than Kerr at reserve but still one of the better reserves in the league. That's more important.

Certainly shouldn't be wildcard at all. Should be top 4 from each qualifier round into the Challenge and that's it.

How many wildcard spots are there?? If it's 3 I do think Lambert will get left out, just because of selection bias towards Ekstraliga rider's. I think I'll be Milik, Hampel, Pawlicki. If 4 picks then Lambert will be in.

I have no problem with teams using whatever tactics during a meeting. It is sport at the end of the day. If Garrity had a couple of duff heats a good, clever team manager would ask his rider's to do what he wants. IRR almost got Belle Vue back into the meeting. One thing that most Stars fans have said over recent seasons is that we're a 'too nice' team. Very rarely does gamesmanship take place. Very often we give our rider's their full programmed rides where replacement would be a better option. That also happened last night in giving Andersen heat 14. Most other managers would have put Kerr in, fortunately it didn't come back to bite the Stars a picked up an excellent away win. Let's see which style of team wins the league this year. Gamesmanship or Fair Play??

That's the thing, no idea on your age or when you started going to Speedway but my opinion is nowhere near the minority. King's Lynn were pulling in around 3000 not all that many years ago. Now the club is lucky to make half that a week. Before I was even going the older folk would tell us all about packed out stadiums week in week out. I can guarantee there are more ex Speedway fans than attending. That tells a whole different story to the few hanging in there at meetings. The main reason for people every year walking away is 'Value For Money'. Once people do walk away it's rare they'll ever return. This is something promoters never seem to grasp. As much as some say that I'm no longer welcome, that's fine but as we're all walking away less than half will be new fans of Speedway.

I'm not against 1 big league, I just can't see who it could be a successful structure. Unlike Shovlar though, it would be so much better racing against a variety of teams once a season rather than the same teams 2 or 3 times a season.

Struggling against rider's he should be beating too, could be the meeting that rules him out the Speedway of Nations.
