  1. It should have been but that Plymouth side is so poor. I know there are a lot of meetings on today but Perry in the side, RR and Edwards at 4...Oxford could hit 60. Not a bad meeting for Boughen to make his debut in though
  2. If it has to be like for like average wise for a change, could he replace Hume at Redcar? Not that he needs replacing but would make the play off's very interesting and I imagine he would fly around there
  3. I think I would have preferred Patryk if I was a Glasgow fan. He looks a lot more entertaining from what I've seen on the TV meets. Still a huge signing though and great replacement for Nowak
  4. Throwing him straight into a Premiership meet before he makes his Championship debut feels very risky. It is of course a valuable experience but he seems a very determined young lad who I can't see settling for three 0's. Can't imagine Oxford will be happy if the worst happens from him overriding, trying to impress.
  5. So is Cardiff, wouldn't be surprised to see him there
  6. Thank you. The PL offer is interesting. Wonder if that was Sheffield after the Gilkes injury? Only Ipswich would probably be looking to change RS otherwise but don't see Louis having heard of him if he hadn't heard of most of the SGP2 field!
  7. Can anyone post it on here for those of us not using that hell hole of a site?
  8. He’s ridden in 3 out of 4 matches the Chargers have had at home, albeit for the away side so they’ve pretty much had him there anyway
  9. Also down to ride for Region Varde on Wednesday this week
  10. The guest booking before his made his return to Oxford makes this make a lot of sense.
  11. Really hope he's back on these shores again next year. Every time I've seen him he seems to get better. Great style and so much speed. Still a bit surprised he isn't in the top league in Poland Commentators curse there as he's now down as R/R after getting injured in Poland!
  12. Usually some of the better ones do, especially on the continent! Riss brothers had a track in their back garden, a lot of the Aussies have too. let’s not even talk about the golden boy Zmarzlik, I can’t imagine he’s had to actually buy a bike in his life.
  13. Given Vatcher's history in dragging these kids half way around Europe and not giving them a sniff at a heat when named as reserve I would have done the same thing.
  14. Not a clue and if that was his justification then Kemp or Gilkes would be reserve not Edwards!
  15. We bought tickets with cash in the ticket office (top floor of the WRU gift shop) on Westgate street, have bought them on the day since the second staging. Yes it is electronic entry, but the physical tickets have a QR code on them as well.
  16. “British Under-21 Champion Connor Bailey was also amongst the riders considered; however, after he turned down opportunities to represent Great Britain in the recent FIM Speedway of Nations 2, and to ride in the British Final, the decision was taken to select Anders and Jason.” CARDIFF LINE-UP COMPLETE – British Speedway Official Website
  17. Surely you get a confirmation email once purchased that confirms the tickets will appear in the app/wallet before the event?
  18. Surely Brennan beating Lawson when they met and no last place means he gets the last spot?
  19. And people wonder why the top guys jump off the bike! You shouldn't have to fall off to have a re run, can't just ride through people
  20. Could be a blessing in disguise so they can move to get a proper line up for the restaging - which is highly doubtful! Would imagine it'll mean Brennan as WC for Cardiff if it doesn't go ahead
  21. Bailey doesn't appear to be named in the Wroclaw u24 side for this afternoon so unless he's already out there with the anticipation he would have been riding, not including him is a joke
  22. They are starting to get boring, that line hadn't worked in two meetings! 9/1 on Freddie made it even more galling ridiculous decision from Woffy to start half a yard away from the tapes, only he knows what was going on there.
  23. It was going to be an uphill task. the British lads out there are getting plenty of Polish experience but can't translate it onto the track. Gilkes first ride was fantastic but then ended up in a battle with Rowe for third in his last few races and seemed to lack a bit of speed and was naively coming in too wide. Rowe should have scored a lot more than he did, he was the fastest out there in his first 4 rides but his style doesn't seem to allow him to go around anyone, especially on the tighter tracks like Riga. Kemp.... not sure how many GB chances he gets. Decent form for Leicester but very poor away from that. Not picking your u21 champion is baffling and agree with a lot of the comments on Vatcher. No doubt he does a lot for the younger lads but should be no where near managing at this level. The whole point in two TMs should be top look after both teams, like DK with Moller and Pedersen.
