  1. Then took yourself to the chippy - me being the perfect gent held the door open for you lol
  2. Kurtz comes in on a 5.00 average so 2nd option isnt an option !
  3. Tom officially announced on IOW website, you got yourselves a cracking number one, and with Darryl and Adam Ellis looking like gonna be an excellent team for the islanders this year.
  4. Would have thought if sheffield were going down the 3 pointer route then Sarj or Stefan Neilsen would have been the better option, i would love them to give Sarj a go local lad and all that.
  5. Think Aspegren and Ricky Wells fits and that would make a solid looking team
  6. Thats exactly the problem but its the bspa who are to blame, Why not bring in a rule where every prem league club has to have 2 under 21 brits in the team each year, poland do it, sweden do it and thats why we are miles behind them as a speedway nation. Only today Joe Jacobs was moaning on facebook about how his rolling average was over 9 points but still not a single call from a PL promoter, Joes good enough to be a PL reserve and that would free up a place at mildenhall for a new kid to come through. So im sorry to all the people who want to blame Dudley for every problem in british speedway but maybe the BSPA should be taking a little bit of the blame.
  7. Its a horrible choice and one im glad i dont have to make, i hope they go for the top heavy option and keep both of them but that would then put a bit of pressure on Darryl to step up to the number 3 heat leader position, but im sure he could cope with that.
  8. Dont be amazed - post #11 page 1
  9. I would imagine there will be a team place for James Sarjaent as i beleive he is coventry owned, also if Dudley stay NL and the rule of one over 8 point rider comes in that would mean either Ash or Tom will be looking for a new club, lots of ifs and buts its going to be an interesting close season.
  10. Just thought i would pop back to see if you had the decency to apologise for accusing someone of doing something that thye clearly didnt do - should have known you wouldnt - how is the weather in your own little world by the way!
  11. The light never went on but someone was told on the phone that blue was excluded, and i will ask again if this wasnt the case why did Chris Louis feel the need to get hold of the video and visit the ref in his box??? surely he would want to know who the ref was going to exclude before doing that - imagine the ref originally said roynons out, do you think chris would run up to see him with a video just to make sure he got it correct. Im going round in circles here and getting nowhere so congratulations mildenhall enjoy your trophy. One last thing fentigers79 - you blow any reasonable argument out of the water by telling blatant lies in saying Ash punched Steffan i know 100% that didnt happen, just spoke to ash and he cant beleive your even saying that, theres no point trying to reason with someone who makes things up.
  12. I know Ash didnt throw any punches because he was deliberatley shepparded back to his pit area and when the scuffle broke out he wasnt even involved, And to be fair anyone who knows the kid knows that he certainly isnt the kind of person to be throwing his fists about , i shouldnt rise to the bait because thats all it is - i know what happened and i know what was said because i was there in the middle of it. The facts are Dudley lost the final when Byron and Tom got injured not in heat 15 last night, so injuries aside mildenhall deserved to be the winners - but that does not detract from what chris louis did to change a refs decision.
  13. Ashley didnt punch anyone so i think you need to pay specsavers a visit, there was a scuffle and a bit of pushing but Ashley certainly didnt throw any punches, its no wonder there is so many fallings out on these forums with people like you posting complete and utter rubbish. It wasnt hearsay the ref had told someone on the phone that stef had been excluded - ask yourself this, if the ref hadnt originally excluded Stef why did Chris Louis feel the need to get a copy of the video and march it up to the refs box ???
  14. I know it because im Ashley Morris mechanic and i was stood next to stefans mechanic when it was all said, im not in the habit of making things up and telling lies - so now you have it - FACT!
  15. It is nothing to do with dudley fans making mischeif its fact!, Steffans mechanic told milldenhall management the ref had excluded stefan, everyone was aware of it and dudley even had Dan Greenwood ready with helmet on to replace the injured Roynon, then Mr Louis did his bit and the rest is history as they say - what makes it worse is Louis knew exactly what he had done with his smug grin on his face. The video shows that the ref made the right call but its the way that the call was made thats left a nasty taste in heathens fans mouths, and had the shoe been on the other foot mildy fans would feel exactly the same.
  16. Yes but the fact is that the ref will not speak to riders or anyone else apart from team managers, Chris Louis had no rights to even be speaking to the ref. I think the thing that has annoyed dudley fans more than anything is the ref originally said Stefan was excluded but after Louis influence suddenly changed his mind - bang out of order. As a side note i have just watched the video of heat 15 about 6 times and i still cant call who was to blame it really was just a racing accident. Most import thing now is a full and speedy recovery for royno.
  17. Have you seen the teams! Dudley have no Bekker and No Perry, a 3 point novice replacing Perry who lets be honest is going to struggle to even pick up a point - Finely balanced i would say is a perfect description.
  18. My first visit to Holsted and was very impressed with the whole set up, Great track and a lovely place - although very quiet on a friday night . The rule regarding the dirt deflectors not been allowed to be polished has apparently only just been bought in, shame nobody bothered to tell us! Very impressed with all the young Danes looks like they have another great crop of youngsters to carry on flying the danish flag in world speedway. Special thanks to Rasmus for lending a dirt deflector for practice it was very much appreciated. And just to confirm Ashleys Dirt deflector was polished but certainly wasnt lightened.
  19. Ok just out of curiosity who would you have chosen as a guest if you were in Chris Louis shoes? 8 teams in the league take out milldy and stoke obviousley that leaves 6 teams, As far as i can see the only better option than Ash would have been Royno but in all fairness hes so busy with workington, dudley and Coventry he maybe wouldnt have wanted the booking. Steve Worrall and Tom Perry the other 2 possibilities but both on route back from under 21 meetings. So go on tell who would you have chosen? As for ipswich i think your being a little unfair - Maybe missing an out and out number 1 but from the bits ive seen this season theres plenty to like, Dakota North and Rohan Tungate in particular are excellent riders.
  20. Thats the same 2nd string who beat cam last week at monmore, scored 4 paid 7 for ipswich in prem at somerset on friday and would most likely have won the nlrc at this particular track last year if he hadnt been wiped out in his 4th ride, maybe Chris Louis does his homework better than you give him credit for - Ash isnt riding monday but if he had been im sure he would have done a great job for you.
  21. Marc certainly looked good last night but i wouldnt say head and shoulders the best rider on the night, Both Tom and JJ looked quick and its a shame we didnt get to see heat 17 when all 3 of them would have met.
