  1. Correct on 3 out of 4, but junk your mate Lambo.
  2. Details are now all on Scunthorpe Scorpion website.
  3. So much for a Scunny thread, why don't you just slag riders off on a new Lions thread?
  4. Getting back to the actual event, some really good close racing. Congrats to the Lions, never in doubt, but we put up a good fight on the night.
  5. Yes, we are so strong we will give you a 26 point head start!
  6. Maybe riders earn too much and don't want to pay super tax.
  7. Don't bite the hand that feeds you. Think a few riders may have burnt their bridges for guest money riding for the Scorpions in the future.
  8. Not as fast gated as us, we were half way down the A19 when he passed us! Lawson and Allen underperformed. Lambo and Wright were pants as expected. The only bright note was an excellent performance from our two reserves. Lets face it, in all probability Poole will wipe the floor against Scorpions or, Bears whichever team turns out to be 6th.
  9. Tero injured in Sweden and Ryan also injured tonight, damn, damn and damn!!!
  10. Well we made that look easy! Were we good or, Berwick( apart from Bomber) poor? Probably a bit of both , but a good team performance all round for the Scorpions. All we need is home performances to replicate on our travels to Redcar and Berwick. I think the move to the EWR for Wright , Rowe and Roynon will give them the confidence to move up a gear and kick on. The race to sixth place is still wide open. Amazing to see Zaine Kennedy walking around the track after his massive crash too!!!
  11. It says on Scorpions website under fixture list- National League Riders Championship 25th September- to be confirmed?
  12. Douglas and Lambo for Scorpions, well another trophy we will not win this season.
  13. Metcheck and BBC saying heavy localised showers-that's why I am asking locals not someone way down south!
  14. Any weather updates from locals please as national forecast for the area is heavy showers.
  15. All the best to Zaine. it looked horrific from the opposite side of the stadium, so must have been even worse for those spectators scattering nearby. Praise to the paramedics and the off duty Air Ambulance Doctor who happened to be in the crowd (no doubt he influenced calling in the air ambulance to whisk away Zaine to Hull Royal ) Lets hope a quick return back on track for Zaine.
  16. M62,MI8, M180,M181, A1077 then B1430, very easy to get to.
  17. Don't think our riders i.e. Allen, Aarnio and Palin deliberately got injured, bit of a poor comment really.
  18. We need a biblical flood to help us out, until we can reconfigure our team with our injury crisis.
