Looking at the fixtures, Sheffield still have two away fixtures against Peterborough still not scheduled. Also note that between now, and the fixed dates for the play offs, and cup finals, the only Monday/Thursday neither team has a fixture is August 14th, date of British final. Wondering how, or even if, they can be fitted in before the deadline.

Maybe they just float on all the hot air they come out with.

I've always wondered how they get to the events they disrupt. Hope they don't use car, train, bus etc.

As I left, last night, I looked at the track, and thought back to the Kings Lynn match in November last year. I remember as I arrived that day, and first saw the track, it looked awful, and I could not foresee how the match could run. However, they continued to work on the track, and we got 15 races. The decision last night, really re-affirmed something that I have believed for some time, that the amount of effort put in to getting a match on, can vary tremendously.

The fact that they thought they needed to make a statement makes it less believable. After all, they didn't think they needed to make a statement to explain the absence of Becker or MPT.

Should be a Wolves win on the night. If Bellego really is out, this should strengthen Sheffield, if Kerr fit. If he's unable to ride would need a guest (could it be Pickering)? I'll go for an aggregate win for Sheffield.

Rugby team played there about ten years ago, but didn't like it, as pitch already too narrow. They now play at Olympic Legacy Park, so no chance of them wanting to return.

To me, it's showing no consideration to the fans who wanted to go to this match. Also seems inconsistent with the Phil Morris statement about cancelling two rounds of the pairs, to get the league finished, before the play offs are due to start.

Only Belle Vue not scheduled to race this Thursday so limited choice of guest, especially with Becker's average reduction. If they go with r/r, does the average reduction still come in to effect, as this would affect who is eligible to take his rides?
