Can hear stuff perfectly from my vantage point (it's sometimes a little too loud)....home straight, first bit of terracing after the stand. Can get a bit quiet where I sit so we need some livening up to be done.

I get around it by just not mentioning the track. Ok, maybe it's a bit cowards way but it certainly makes it less stressful the following week (been there, done that, had the nagged earhole). Or if someone is really pushing for an answer, I find sarcasm works quite well or reverting to the female stereotype idea of not knowing a blasted thing about bikes or tracks (even though I am an ex biker who does know a fair bit!) I would be too painfully shy or too overwhelmingly aware that I am a frumpy, over weight middle aged woman with a crutch to speak to any of them! My online persona sadly doesn't match up to the real life one.

I'll be doing my Billy no mates impression again this week, in fact I think it is pretty safe to say that that will be my status for the entire season now unless they start doing a bring a uni student son free promotion! As it's just me, I won't be able to lug any instruments with me although I have a very wide choice of them as middle son is a musician.

I usually only pop in on our away updates as I always appeared to be the jinx and we would start losing...now it doesn't make any difference!

I still shout and holler from my little place on the home straight, ok I now look a little crazy shouting away all on my little lonesome but I just can't help myself. At an earlier meeting when James (eldest son) kept me company, we had a competition with some of the away fans to see who could shout the loudest, we were too busy competing to see what anyone else thought about it....think James won though!
