Please don't blame the Redcar fans, things have gone ever so slightly pear shaped today as I am currently away from home and there was some confusion which meant that things were not chased/notified to me that there was a problem. By the time I found out it was just that little bit too late to find someone.

I went because friends distracted youngest and he told me to go (think I was stressing him out more to be honest)...I actually quite enjoyed myself, I've been to a lot worse.

Today's meeting has been a quandary for me since it was announced as not only is it my brother's 50th birthday today but youngest son also goes into hospital early tomorrow morning and is (to say the least) extremely stressed about it (those with offspring who have autism will understand that this is not the 'normal' run of the mill stress). On the other hand, I feel beholden to go due to my position on Updates. Looking at those not going, I have no choice though as they will all want to watch/are relying on the updates and I hate letting people down!

Def the right call, my road has reverted back to the lake it decided to become this morning....

The saving of fuel costs to get there and back plus food and drink will now be going to middle son's spending fund for his upcoming holiday which is a bit of a relief to be honest, it was looking tight to contribute much before!
