Correct. Simply don't reply, or ignore or even block.

No much the same did not happen at all. I increased my privacy settings because to be frank, I'm not keen on obvious nutters stalking me. Many folk know who I am on this forum, I've spoken to many of them in person including Steve Shovlar and Foreverblue from Poole. So your attempts to 'rumble me' are childish and ineffective. I seriously have to question your mindset if you get on off that sort of thing, but hey ho. I suggest you discontinue your course of action, including the PM's you have sent as you are on very shaky legal ground given the topic that was under discussion and the vile insinuations you were making, however veiled you think they may have been. As is your partner in crime Pinny, whose PM was far more direct to me and would see him charged immediately and would put his current job in Australia in great jeopardy. The moderators removed your posts because they were against forum rules.

Fixed race nights... early indications!!!
BWitcher replied to Phil The Ace's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
As has already been pointed out, the ball isn't in play for 90 mins. It's more around 50 mins. As for 'ridiculously' over priced.. I fail to see how something is 'ridiculously' overpriced if it is packing in the crowds. -
And as I said, if it's not for you, Speedway isn't for you.

I'm afraid you have utterly lost the plot. I've been to the NSS twice, yes, they were playoff matches so somewhat different but the atmosphere on the back straight was electric. The racing is head and shoulders above ANYTHING else in the UK. If the NSS is not for you, you're no speedway fan. Period.

Belle Vue vs Wolves - Ko Cup - 7th May 18 12pm

You would have thought so... but, until Belle Vue are booming, it doesn't really hold water unfortunately. -

Why would I say it? R/R for Howarth weakens us a lot, I stand by that. That doesn't mean that Howarth is going to be better than the RR riders every time, nor the other way round. The simple fact is, before a wheel is turned no Wolves fan would have wanted RR for Howarth. If the match was to take place again tomorrow, we still wouldn't want RR for Howarth and our team would be weaker. As I said, it was always academic anyway as Belle Vue are far too good. Anyway little point in us going round in circles, I accept your point, it made no difference at all in the actual meeting. -

You can be weakened and it not effect the score.. we're that poor to begin with! I've explained the rationale in my post, none of the three would have done better in Howarth's first two rides for sure. Realistically only the race he was excluded in might they have improved things. The reality is, as I said, Belle Vue were far too good, as I said they would be all along. -

Indeed it is, except your conclusion doesn't really add up. Not a cat hells chance of Heeps or Morris finishing any better than Howarth in his first two rides. He then finished ahead of Morris in his 3rd. Indeed, it seems he gave Bewley one his toughest races (discounting Heat 15). Schlein was 5-1'd by Cook and Bewley as Howarth was. Only really his 4th ride could they have done better as Howarth was excluded. Reality is, it didn't really matter and never was going to matter. Wolves side simply not good enough away from home and especially at the NSS. -

Expected result from Wolves. Plenty more of that to come this year as the decision to leave Lindgren out comes back to haunt them. Their home form should be enough to keep a decent % happy but chances of trophies are slim to none. Great to see Bewley continuing to develop. -

Although it's not been his best track in the past I don't see it as being difficult really, that weakens Wolves a lot.. he is way above the level of Heeps, Morris and Greaves. -

Mixed benefits for Belle Vue. Weakens them in the short term, but longer term a spell at reserve could be very useful for Drodz to build up his confidence. Bewley should be able to hold his own in the top five, especially at home. -

I wouldn't say they 'fly'. They've had some decent rides but far from consistent, although consistency is tough there. Howarth I wouldn't class as flying round there in the slightest, one of his poorest away tracks I think. That said, he is much improved. I'd be shocked and pleasantly surprised if Wolves got within 12. -

Fair enough, over the course of the season I stand by that. If Schlein is elevated to Number 1, it's a lot tougher. Could be some swapping around as the season goes on. -

No, people said if we end up with Schlein as our No 1 at season end, we'll be absolutely nowhere. I still stand by that. He's riding at No 4 at present. It's not at home where the questions needs to be answered, it's on the road.. where at the first time of asking, we didn't come up with the goods. Long way to go yet though and more positives than negatives so far on the season. -

No need to apologise. I understand if 2014 is your abiding memory, wasn't exactly a vintage year for the team as a whole. The heat format was very, very different then though. -
Pointing out you are wrong and providing evidence for that assertion is not patronising. I'm not discussing an opinion here, I am discussing reality. If you say something that is nonsense, I will say it's nonsense. The very fact you are unable to name ONE Championship team that would beat Rye or even give 'them a test over two legs' speaks volumes. You've had ample opportunity to do so. The simple reality is, you know you were posting in haste, over reacted and made a silly comment. No big deal, we all do it, myself included. The difference is whether you hold your hands up to that or continue digging and then when all else fails resort to the contrived nonsense you've posted here.
-
To give someone a test over two legs it generally would mean beating them in the home leg. So no, not 'sad'. That was your over reaction to the result at Wolves and subsequent inability to put forward any modicum of argument to support it. All you were asked was to name ONE such Championship side, instead you had a paddy. This Rye side should hold it's own at home, but they'll need Harris to pick up his game to do so.
