Tai was already into 2nd place by the time that race was stopped and looked likely to go on to win it. So he would still have finished top scorer and thus no need for a race-off.

Absolutely spot on. Stekkers commentary was excellent and as you say, Pearson toned down his as well. As someone else mentioned, Stekkers was giving a technical insight into the sport which has been so badly missing. It sounded 'intelligent' commentary for once!

I agree that Fred was a lucky boy in the later incident.

Yeah, Trying not to be too critical as its clear he is brand new to speedway. He's done some research which he should be commended on. Maybe he will get better as the season progresses and he learns some of the nuances of the sport.

How many is a 'lot'? 5, 10? Thousand? As it currently stands, they may feel they have a reason to boycott the GP. As that is on new silencers, while they are watching league speedway on old. When the Polish league changes to the new silencers, which it will, do you suggest that these . 5, 10, or thousands as you claim, will then boycott their club meetings too?

You seriously believe that thousands of Polish fans will stop attending speedway because the noise is a bit less? The new silencers are here to stay. Time you and the rest of the Polish brigade got used to that fact.

This is about the 3rd batch of excuses for Bjerre. We've had punctures, we've had bike problems and not changing bikes.. now its the fuel. Seems some of those defending him are telling porkies.
