It's the same old 'find the loophole' in the rules that certain promoters think makes them 'great'.

Who Should Be In Gb World Cup Team?
BWitcher replied to bri1966's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I think I need to lie down.. feeling rather feint.. It appears that Starman may be disagreeing with Middleditch... -
Rmc hasn't been driven anywhere. He's an adult who makes his own decisions. In the Parken GP thread he was the one trolling and picking a fight over something trivial. Ended up with him having a similar 'rant', throwing his toys out and storming off. With regards to the world feed, there are no 'gaps' in it, as alluded to by our 'expert' in the area. It is continuous throughout the entire GP as Phillip Rising says.

New To Speedway, Please Someone Explain....
BWitcher replied to Diamonds Ram's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Of course, we've seen the same regurgitated start to a thread many times. Quite where you establish my 'hatred' of the sport is beyond me. Now if you'd said hatred of the way the sport is so inefficiantly run you may have had a point.. -
New To Speedway, Please Someone Explain....

As if that's a new fan. Nice try with the 'promotion/relegation' bit to disguise it but that's hardly something that you can't get explained. Every single fan of speedway would be able to answer that for you. Just another existing fan trotting out the guest rider analogy. -
Hancock And Gollob When Will They Retire ?
BWitcher replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
I don't think they would get a pick now. I think when they slip out of the top 8 is when they will retire in all honesty. -
At this stage, still in no particular order, Wolves, Birmingham, Swindon and Lakeside. However, should Poole scoop 4 pts at Wolves, Wolves could become vulnerable. They have to keep the momentum going.
-
Wolves next 3 fixtures are Poole (H), followed by Poole and Swindon Away.. They could easily come out of those with 0 pts. Things will be looking very different at that point. Next after that is Swindon at home, another very tricky tie. With having to face Birmingham home and away still who have turned us over already, the play offs are far from certain.
-
Backs to the wall job for Wolves, a defeat here, which is likely, could well spend the end of playoff hopes.

Could you imagine in the football world cup blokes racing round a track on bikes? No? That should answer your question. -
Posted on Facebook (by Chris Adams). Freddie just left hospital and should be back after 10-12 days rest!

Parken Gp 2013
BWitcher replied to DutchGrasstrack's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Where are your comments on the other 7 or 8 times the same thing happened in the meeting? Where are your comments when the same thing happens regularly in every other GP? The simple fact is, there was never going to be room for Emil there and as every other rider on the night did he should have backed off. Through his wreck less riding poor AJ is now injured. One must also assume those who feel Zagar was right to be excluded felt Emil should have been excluded for lifting and taking hancock's line. Your argument of wanting to see exciting racing makes no sense either. Did you not see holder And ward? Was holder just letting him by? No, he was blocking every move. Races would be damn boring if riders just let people pass them At will. They're exciting when riders have to change lines to make the pass As we saw ward doing, plus Zagar/Gollob in their race. -
Yep a whole new game you say.. Just a lot lower.

If this is all you have to contribute its been no loss. All you've done is bleat about someone you claim to have been bleating elsewhere. The only person who hijacked this thread was you. -
You're spot on Wolfsbane. I glanced at the latest Green Sheets and mistakenly thought that 1 Tai Woffinden 2 Freddie Lindgren meant Tai was No 1. Very foolish of me to believe the BSPA would adhere to such a simple system.
-
I think Tai is back to No 1 in the July averages.
-
It appears it may come back to bit him on the bum already. We've managed to stay afloat without Tai, as it looks like he is coming back, Freddie is lost. It's going to be a nigh on impossible task now.

Parken Gp 2013

Oh look .. Sayfutidnov, lifts goes across another riders line and Hancock has to shut off or be wiped out. Exactly what Zagar did. The only difference is, Hancock isn't a nutjob who causes a crash. -

The same place most riders go in those circumstances. The same place Woffinden went when Hancock shut the door. The same place Kasprzak went when Pedersen shut the door. You roll the throttle off. He went for a gap that wasn't ever going to be there, his own fault. -

So no doubt those (the few) who believe Zagar was right to be excluded feel Hancock should have been excluded in Heat 1? After all, if Woffinden hadn't backed off, he'd have been wiped out too. -

Terrible decision to exclude Zagar. Heat 1 was similar, Hancock made the same move, but Woffinden shut off as there was no room.
