Wolves V Poole Ela 5/5/14
BWitcher replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Brilliant! That's the best one yet. The decline of David Howe's career is down to me. I wield such power! But let's play along and accept that ridiculous statement for a moment. 99% of my posts regarding Howe were in response to you peddling nonsense.. so if you're looking for the root cause of your confidence losing theory, look no further than yourself. There, we've finally put the issue to bed. David Howe would have been World Champion but Stevebrum ruined it all for him. -

Still going on about something that made you look foolish year after year. If you ever actually read any of the debate you will have seen that I was consistent all along. Howe on a 7pt average as a heat leader.. should never have been near the team. Howe on a 5pt average as a second string.. in every time. It was simple then and it's simple now. Of course, too simple for our management who did it the other way round.. included him on the high averages.. left him out on the low ones. -
Brummies V Wolverhampton 7th May

No he is hated for rule bending and downright cheating. He is doing it again this year. Personally I wouldn't want to support a team that virtually every season finds a way to cheat. That's not a defence of CVS/Adams.. but the reality regarding Fraud. -

It's mainly from a couple of usuals who soon jump on the back of riders. Pretty sure they were moaning about Lindgren not long ago, now they want him back. -

To echo, it was a thoroughly enjoyable meeting, one of the best I've seen on TV ever to be honest. Couple of good races too. Can't wait till next week! -

On the positive side, interesting break down of the various things a rider can do to their bike from Sam there.. better than the usual "They'll make some changes" that we usually get. -

I wouldn't go that far, I hear many footballers names mispronounced too. -

Swiderski looked fast then, Lindgren was holding him up. -

Yeah, so many guests around on Bank Holiday Monday. -
Spot on, which all means that any subsequent introduction of Benji Compton is quite simply illegal. In addition, the BSPA should contact Lee Smart to check if he was/is available to ride. If he confirms he is, any points scored by the Poole 'guest' should be deducted.

Tai had to re-arrange his flight back from Poland to a later one in order to get treatment on his shoulder, so there was no opportunity for him to 'have made an effort' to be there. -

Technically 2 ways of looking at it.. they got a 4-2 to get a draw beating Holder in the process. -
There's a number of fans who have suggested us signing Kennett in the past... I've always been very much against it as I've never really rated him and felt he'd reached his level.. However.. if that change fitted (don't know if it does) I'd strongly consider it. Not that we will of course!

Which is an utter utter joke and a disgrace for him to say that. Woffy nearly put Pawlicki in the fence in an earlier heat when we could have had a 5-1. Quite how Pawlicki 'got in his way' when he rode a wheel perfect inside line is frankly ridiculous.

They should have had 3 points. Adams is well past his sell by date. To blame Pawlicki for Heat 15 is shocking. He tried and tried to wait for Woffinden who was getting slower and slower. Finally he went clear meaning Woffinden could just tuck in behind him on the inside for 2nd place. Did Woffinden do that? No.. you could see what was going to happen. Shamek just rode the inside, good ride, not fantastic. It was handed to him on the plate, as the heat before was. Now back to Adams.. if he'd been bloody watching the meeting he would have seen what happened in 14 and told his riders, get on the bloody inside. Clearly he didn't. -

Usual slick track prior to a Dudley meet.. Edited as there is no meet tomorrow... even worse then from the track staff, once again serving up a slick track for the visit of Poole. But absolutely BRAINDEAD riding from both Proctor and Woffinden in 14 and 15. Both got into position behind their partners where they could have just shut the door on the inside. Neither did, both insisted on riding out wide where there was nothing and cost us the win in the process. -

He gets far easier rides, so he'd have to be awful to not increase his average. -

Pedersen wipes out 2 in one meeting. I see he got his usual 'bit of extra drive' which causes him to straighten and shoot across the track.. always happens when someone is coming outside him. -

Funny how we've seen a whole host of riders score big points in their debut meetings at Monmore.. The skilled riders adapt without a problem.. the throttle jockeys struggle. -
That makes more sense and is a good point, but isn't what you said
