It's amazing how people concoct theories with absolutely nothing to back it up. Speedway must be defying the odds, the only sport in the world where TV coverage causes nobody to go anymore. Bah! I'm not going to go and watch my favourite team (Wolves/Kings Lynn/Belle Vue etc) because I can watch Zielona Gora v Torun on a stream on Sunday afternoon.... Speedway is one sport where it is far better when actually at the meeting than watching on TV. There are multitudes of reasons why fans are giving up on the sport... it being shown on TV most certainly is NOT one of them.

Hilarious. Skidder was just on one of his fishing trips.. He does this when he has no defence, but he can't bring himself to show any criticism of Lord Ford.
-
Correct, my point is, there should be a punishment for it and a stand taken.
-
Let's not get distracted with new rules etc, that's a discussion for another thread. This is once again a blatant case of cheating from Poole speedway who have been involved in such antics season after season after season. The excuse that some have peddled that Janowski was forced to ride in Poland doesn't wash. Damn right he should have been forced to ride, he's signed a contract with his Polish team and is fit to race. Exactly the same principle applies with Poole. However, as long as British teams roll over and just accept this, it will continue to happen more and more. Simply tell the rider he has to race here, if he doesn't he's banned. If it means less riders sign to ride over here so be it, we should only be accepting the committed ones.
-
Correct, but no magic for 28 days. Bless.
-
So by your own admission, as it is Poole, they are cheating scumbags.
-
So... why is Harris guesting for Janowski, who rode in the GP and rode in the league today and scored well?

Wolves V King's Lynn Monday 18th May

A very good point. So once again the cheap option has been taken. I shouldn't have been so foolish! -
So is it Poole booking Harris for Janowski?
-
The request to delay the hearing came AFTER they had complained about it being put back. There were no new requests for information or any other events in the interim period. The Ward team was already in possession of the information they had requested a long time prior. So why were they complaining about a delay, then requesting a delay a little while later? Amateurish. Anyway, we won't agree so may as well move on.
-
Once again skipping the part where they complained it had been put back.. only to then request an extension themselves... when nothing had happened in between. The initial request for 'information' was purely frivolous in the first place.
-
So the decision was quick then as 45 days are allowed for that.

Danny King to replace Musielak, RR for Lindgren. My initial reaction was cheap skate garbage.. however, it does appear as if there are no flights available to Sweden on Tuesday. So in this case it looks like there hands were tied. -
And what everyone seems to be forgetting is requesting a further delay later on because they weren't 'ready'. And it was after this request that the #FIMJOKE campaign began to cover their tracks.

Warsaw Gp Saturday 18th April
BWitcher replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Racing pretty well, passing and repassing. That's what they were doing. Last night? Not so. -
Maybe Ward's team had said they weren't ready to read it.. Perhaps Darcy was still taking reading lessons.
-
Wrong, read again. They put forward a pathetic objection, knowing it wouldn't be changed.. then a few weeks later when nothing further had changed WARDS team requested a further delay as they weren't ready yet. Strange how they were objecting a few weeks earlier if they weren't ready.. The initial delay was also down to Wards team requesting 'further information' as they scrambled for technicalities and loopholes. I've read it. The delays were from Wards team, the final and longest one because they 'weren't ready'... It was after THIS delay, requested by the WARD team that the bleating about the time being taken began. No need to crawl back anyway thank you very much as I have the capability to read and process information. I understand it's difficult for you to come to terms with the way Ward has treated and misled you but now is the time to act like an adult, not continue to live in a make believe world.
-
Angry were you? Thats because ward and his crew have treated you and others like mugs, lying to you. Making you angry at the injustice of it all when it was his own legal team who caused the lengthy delays. So where's your anger now? Or do you like being lied too! Like being made a fool off? Like being treated like a mug?

Tampere Gp

Most sports mention it at the end as that is when the standings change. Personally I think its decent commentary to mention it so any viewers not in the know are aware of who the contenders are etc. Just moaning for the sake of moaning. -

Warsaw Gp Saturday 18th April
BWitcher replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
I think we can put all of this talk to bed. It's now blatantly obvious the Warsaw meeting was postponed due to a few senior riders not doing well on the night and having a strop because it was a green light start. Tonights GP the track is far, far trickier. The racing, much worse.. but messrs Hancock, Pedersen and Holder are scoring well.
