The only example of this happening I can think of is Knockout Cup Final in 1996. Monmore Green had closed early due to work on the greyhound track so the 1st leg, Wolves v Peterborough, took place at Long Eaton. It was RAMMED. Different times now I admit and a journey to Belle Vue from Swindon is longer.. and even further still from Ipswich.

We did. Jacob was better, in a harder riding position.

Think you've got the wrong club here as Wolves has always been about continuation year on year and it's rare there are major changes made.
-
Then when less than 75% of the current crowd show up due to the drop in league..
-
Of course he needs a club willing to pay him. Lindgren didn't want to leave Wolves initially, it came down to Wolves cutting their costs.. and thus cutting their crowds.. which means.... well you get it I'm sure.

I wouldn't necessarily say better, but certainly his equal. That said, Sam is also in the falling off whilst pulling a wheelie club... against Cradley no less, right in front of their supporters. He also got up and bowed, got back on the bike and pulled another one the opposite way down the home straight.

You've earned a like from Neil Watson.. Surely he can't believe you're supporting his words.... surely!

Can't agree with this. Douglas is one to actively pursue. He's put some good scores in at Monmore and he will only improve there. The fact he has the ability to score well away from home is a massive plus point and something the club needs. Of the other three you mention only Becker would I most certainly sign. Thorssell most likely, but Masters would need some consideration. Some fresh blood is needed and most certainly a leader. I'm not totally convinced Schlein is the answer in that regard although I'm not knocking his efforts for the club.

A good management team would be listening to feedback and understanding such actions have absolutely no benefit, only the negative of possible lost fans through the turnstiles. It's not as if the sport can afford that is it. As for never happened before or since, it's certainly a rare thing. Imagine a football manager and players having a laugh in front of a camera as they leave the pitch 3-0 down at half time. There would be outrage from supporters. Your response is absolutely typical of those involved in running the sport and is yet another indication of just how out of touch promoters and management teams can be and another indicator of why the sport in this country is in the mess it is. Time and a place.. when your team is being humiliated, that most certainly isn't it. You already have an annoyed fan base as it is.

Masters. Camera switched to him, stood next to Peter Adams. Adams his usual face, Masters straight faced. Turns, saw camera was on him, breaks into big smile and laughs. Now I know that's the kind of character he is, but it's not what you want to see your No 1 doing on a humiliating night for your team. There are fans who have already stated, if the riders don't care, why should they and next season they may not bother. It's not to say he didn't care... but there is a time and a place and perception can go a long way.

Careful, you'll have the sycophants after you. After all they're claiming on Facebook the team was brilliant and it was an amazing achievement to reach the semi finals, they can't be criticised and laughing into the camera when being hammered is something that is great! In fact, apparently managers and players in football laugh into the camera when being hammered.

Was Flint the referee last night and couldn't even spot an absolute blatant tape touching? Not an excuse as would make no difference to the result, but if he can't see that he shouldn't be refereeing.
-
The two incidents are not connected. I'll ask again why you are concocting such a ridiculous excuse for someone storming a referees box. If said person is responsible to educating youngsters learning the way in the sport he is most certainly the wrong man for the job. What a pathetic example he is setting on how to react when a decision against you. It won't be the last time, that is for sure.

Craig Cook is irrelevant to this incident. The SCB acted correctly. If someone, kid or not, is not mentally strong enough to cope with such an incident they shouldn't be racing in the first place.
