Hello from Premier Sports - this week's coverage from Kumla will go out slightly delayed due to clashing football, but to make up for it we have two Polish fixtures from the weekend following immediately after it!

Have been told that next week's TV meeting is now Indianerna v Piraterna instead of Smederna v Lejonen.

Cheeky devil! yes I am 31 although some do say I sound older. I wish I had been involved in speedway in the 70s and 80s though - I guess I was born old (some people say I moan like an old f*rt a lot of the time!)

Ah yes - well given that Chris Holder appeared at reserve for Lejonen earlier this season I would say so!

Jacob Thorssell I think set a record a few weeks back when he did five races in succession for Rospiggarna.

The stock cars are highlights from previous broadcasts and I think a reserve can be brought in at any time, but reserves are not eligible for heat 15.

I can't control when we cut in to go live, sorry - they started a couple of minutes early!
