  1. Is it really possible to replace Fisher with Larsen?
  2. This Bees team have plenty of potential. Can you imagine Harris back to speed finally one day and Fisher/Serjeant duo having 'normal night'? That would be something like 40-50. They do great in away matches this year and home form will improve I'm sure.
  3. Not much different I believe but surely Nickis foul on Sunday had some impact on Tai's fitness and with all travel in last 4 days I can imagine he was very tired. He is only a human, not a machine.
  4. Tai Woffinden's hectic schedule surely was enough for him yesterday. On Sunday good score in Poland with last heat big crash with Nicki P. Monday morning physio and travel to UK and again not that bad performance against strong Poole side (heat 15 was disaster in terms of mistakes from him, lack of confidence was clearly visible when Pawlicki attacked from the back). Airport and plane to Sweden on Tuesday and again very solid match. And finally Wednesday back in UK when in my opinion he was simply exhausted. Heat 13 good example. Off best gate (1), missed the start completely and not able to catch Skora. And I'm sure if he was fine in terms of match fitness, Adams would have put him in last heat decider. All in all I think Tai is slowly getting better (still far from top form both him and machinery) and lad needs support rather then critics now. Come on Woffy! Get some rest on Thursday and show us how good you are on Friday (Lakeside) and Saturday (Czestochowa). It will not get much easier with more meetings on Monday (UK) and Tuesday (Sweden) but at least you got Sunday free!
  5. Watt injured in England yesterday. Who's gonna step in? By the way it looks like only rain free meeting will be Rospi vs. Vetlanda.
  6. Wolves dropped so many points. Thorssell tape in heat 7 then Morris EF when on 5-1 in heat 9. Heat 14 disaster when both Proctor and Jacobs jjust simply let Wright pass them both on a white line in Smolinski style. And finally World Champ joke of a ride in heat 15. What was he going to do on the outside?
  7. Lots of live speedway on TV's/Internet this season. Good stuff. By the way, is there any site with livescoring/live updates for Danish league? And where can I find full team lineups (with grades A,B,C,D etc. and avarages)?
  8. Ben Hopwood guest for Eagles in both meetings? Funny thing, tried to find any info about him. Expected another youngster. Born 11-03-1981. Really young, only 33.
  9. Piotr Pawlicki is one of only few Polish youngsters able to ride small tracks as good as big ones. Probably because both him and brother Przemek started career on a small training track (if I remember correctly Pawlicki senior bought the farm and built the track for sons). It is simple, some Poles struggle on small, technical tracks, same as some Brits will never learn how to ride big tracks (Cook, Kennett and Bridger good examples). But for sure Pawlicki brothers you can count as able to ride any track, with any lenght and surface.
  10. Bees for the title. Strongest reserves pair by far, good heat leaders and solid middle order. Surprised by Hansen as expected him to struggle.
  11. Rybnik - Bydgoszcz starting time is 14:00 (CET) and seems that it will not be covered live by TVP Sport due to clash with Katowice tennis final. Hopefully next round will be live and at 14:00 as well to avoid clashes with Ekstraliga on nsport.
  12. After only few meetings this season those young Brits are something refreshing for the league IMO. Looking from Polish perspective, but as a British speedway fan, I have to say WELL DONE BSPA. Finally young British prospects in top division. Much better to watch riders like Jacobs, Ellis, Lambert than all those boring no-hopers like Drymls, Nieminen, Miskowiak, Kosciuch to only name a few. First step done, now time for shared number 1's position to make league attractive for GP boys and Elite League will shine again. Fingers crossed.
  13. What? Happy days with daily live coverage of EL. Why do you read my post as any kind of attack on BSPA?
  14. New era in terms of Elite League live coverage! 1 meeting per day in live streaming at Bet365.com (one meeting will be chosen when there are multiple fixtures). Enjoy!
  15. Available on live streaming at Bet365.com
  16. Great news to have GP in Warsaw! Finally. And it is going to be last GP for Tomasz Gollob which will make it great evening for sure. Good job BSI this time.
  17. Double checked the dates. Woffinden/Cook in Torun and Eskilstuna and Woffinden/Harris in Landshut would do no harm to Elite League as mentioned riders have racing-free evenings anyway. As all 3 pair meetings will be live on British Eurosport, potentially thousands of local fans lost a chance to watch British stars in action. That's the way BSPA is saving British speedway...
  18. live on Polsat Sport http://www.polsatsport.pl/program-tv/
  19. Yeah, I suggest to inform svt.se that Brits were not allowed by BSI to participate. Isolation must be better for British riders. Thanks to that they will make progress in World Cup.
  20. True. FIM/BSI have to face the fact they are not going to control everyone and everything anymore. BSI started this bloody war but did they win anything?
  21. BSPA emailed on Sunday and the same question asked on Twitter (@SpeedwayGB) but still nothing. Typical.
  22. Emailed BSPA (office@speedwaygb.co and pressoffice@speedwaygb.co) and waiting for reply. Hopefully they will be able to help soon.
