  1. The biggest disaster is TV coverage. Graphics with no rider changes at all. Terrible from this point of view when you know who rode after results appear on site.
  2. I see that Masarna will use RR tomorrow again. This time for Bellego. Who is 4th in averages and it means both Lindback and Nilsson will NOT get extra rides. RR for Smolinski yesterday at least gave extra ride for Anton. They are trying to be as poor as possible or what?
  3. My questions answered in round 1 already. 1) if less than 5 riders allowed to get extra ride (meaning if RR used for any rider outside team's top 2 in averages) then in one heat you have 1 rider only - see Masarna Heat 13 2) number 6 is 'reserve' rider - see Woentin replacing injured Ljung in Dackarna Heat 15 and Grahn replacing Selvin in Indianerna Heat 11 when less than 8 pts behind 3) remained the same, tac sub allowed when 8 down 4) Wahlqvist (Västervik) used twice then replaced. Seems that no tactical subs allowed in nominated heats at all.
  4. Is IRR in rules? If Peter withdraws after terrible crash? Or only number 6/7 can cover?
  5. 4 questions before we finally kick season off. 1) if RR used, what about nominated heats? Who will take a ride in heat 13 instead of missing rider? 2) is number 6 still kind of reserve? Can replace injured rider for example? 3) I'm pretty sure rule is stil the same, but want to confirm just in case. Tactical subs allowed when 8 or more behind, right? 4) every rider to have minimum of 3 rides? Or you can replace underperforming rider with tactical subs after his 2 rides (in 2 remaining programmed heats + in nominated heat)? Or maybe no tac subs allowed in heats 13-15?
  6. That would be so weird and unfair if home can pick the same gates for all 3 nominated heats. Thanks anyway!
  7. By "Fixed gates for heats 1-12" you mean there will be no gates draw? And for nominated heats Home Team can pick gates 1&3 (heats 13 and 15) and gates 2&4 (heat 14) and vice versa? Any link to official source confirming?
  8. Hey Ghostie, is it official heat scheme for 2020? Or just initial guess how it may look like?
  9. For me it's pretty simple. Woffinden winning heat 23 and extra run off in last years rules would guarantee gold. This time he needs his partner to also score any point in the final heat.
  10. Oh dear. And by the way British chances of winning this year are now limited. No extra heat if Final tied as it will be 4-5 with new scoring system. No tie and no 'one on one' extra heat.
  11. How long was Ronnie Correy out before his short return to Wolves? And when he returned, he was solid reserve but nothing more. Can Crumpy become solid second string?
  12. Back to my question. Anyone able to confirm rules for 2020? Nothing on FIM site as far as I can see.
  13. Of course but it is not the way speedway fans want it IMHO.
  14. Are rules the same in 2020? If 3-3 in the big final then extra heat with top riders from each team racing 1 on 1?
  15. Any idea if Premiership will be live on TV every 2 weeks or every week?
  16. Hi I see that 1st leg of Grand Final is scheduled for Oct 10th (Thursday). Any idea about new date for 2nd leg? Monday 14th or Thursday 17th? Weather permitting of course...
  17. What a massive roller in heat 15 by Jack Holder. Can't believe any referee could be so blind!
  18. Should be all 3 back for re run. Gomolski was leaning hard on Pontus leaving him no room at all.
