  1. Thank you for the post Sandie, Lunchy must be a busy boy, prolly at the bar drinking Bundy's with Bryn. Bloody well done Johno, i know there is a long way to go in the series but this might put a smile on the Oxford fans (doubters) face. Two EF's from Leigh what the hell is going on? Sorta screws up the focus of the championship. Come in Big Fat Dave you have got somthing to say about everything, so i'm all ear's.
  2. Bryn should write a song and title it 'Iv'e been everywhere man'
  3. Hey Lunchy, i didn't know you were making the trip to Mildura. I think one of the big things with both Sedgman boys is that the family are very close to the Adams family. Can't be a bad thing getting taught how to ride speedway by 'The Book'.
  4. G'day Bryn how do you think Ryan Sedgman is shaping up for the future?
  5. You mean how are i going to cope, i might be able to make Gillman and Mildura but it's a big might.
  6. Will be interesting to see who will be the four qualifiers for the series. My tips for what there worth are (in no particular order) Cory Gathercole Trev Harding Rob Ksiezak James Holder Great to see young Ryan Sedgman in the field, he will be another young Aussie i can see the English clubs climbing over themselves to sign in the future. Good luck to Kane Munro also, an ex AFL footballer who is having a hoot riding speedway. It's a hell of a change of scenery for Munners and it will be an eye opener for him to be on tour with the rest of the boys from Perth ie. Johno, Lee Redmond etc....sadly not this black duck
  7. Thats sad news, geez Lunchy you must be chomping at the bit.
  8. Thanks Junior, i probably should of realised this. BTW Matousek, I saw Bartty last night - don't rule out a comeback yet.
  9. Excellent, cheers for the results junior. Well done Sedge the Ledge, bet dad was proud. Junior, was Ryan not racing?
  10. Pratice on tonight at 7.00pm It was great to catch up with Tai and Rob last night, we were still rolling out turf to the centre green at 8.30pm. Should be good night Saturday with a decent crowd as it been getting a bit of exposure in the local papers and on radio.
  11. Sorry Shawn , I did keep a note on how the meeting went but i lost my programme. Frank rode great, undefeated all night, an easy couple of wins in the first couple of races but Dave Chehire was hounding him in the last couple, a better indication will be after next Saturday's state title. Btw i'm still looking for official results myself, although it ended 60 points apiece including the junior races. I'll try and get them up ASAP now that i'm home.
  12. Yep should be great, my thoughts are that Johno will street them. It's a shame that Leigh's in WA this weekend (watching the sprintcars) and not next, but i'll try and make sure he get's a look at Pinjar and try and coax him into riding in the Ron Johnson Memorial.
  13. No pre qualifying for Johno, he's an automatic selection. Don't know about the others though.
  14. Sorry guys, i'm in Noosa Qld, at the mo. I didn't get time to post results before i left. Spent a couple of days with Leigh's brother. Will do when i get back to sunny Perth, mind you it's not to bad up here either
  15. The first meeting of the season at the newly formed Pinjar Park is on Saturday starting at 4pm for peewees, fast 50's, quads and sidecars. Then at 7pm a teams event will begin that will be carried on throughout the summer at Pinjar Park and Bunbury speedway. The teams are Bunbury Bullets (Davey Cheshire, Frank Smart, Kane Munro, Trevor Williams and Brady Webb) V Perth Pistons (Lee Redmond, Mark Jovic, Carley Gittus, Nigel Roberts and Daniel Winchester) It's gonna be great to see a few of the older boys go at it again. Also be interesting to see if Johno, Wuffy or Trev Harding ride in a couple of these meetings when they come back home. I can't wait.
  16. Any results or a link tofind them? Thanks in advance
  17. Surely young Tai Wuffy is the future of Australian speedway
  18. Um i think you done really well, i got knocked out in straight sets Thanks again Steve i was looking forward to next season 3 months ago.
  19. You can add Johno to Masarna's line up.
