Nicholls won’t be riding in the play offs due to his TV duties with Discovery/Eurosport.

First time visit to Oxford tonight and it’s a really good set up there. What they’ve managed to do to bring speedway back to Cowley is fantastic. Unfortunately the team has just not delivered this year but the strange/weak team changes were never going to work in the Spires’ favour. Bomber was very poor tonight. As for Leicester, on a whole I think they are the form team for the play offs. Weak reserves but their top 5 is the strongest now. The way I have it is 2 Leicester wins draws them level with Sheffield. Sheffield have 129 PD Leicester have 115. So they need an aggregate win of 15+ against Kings Lynn next week to top the table. I am expecting a Leicester vs Sheffield final with Leicester edging it for the win.

Sheffield to hit 60 or very close to it.

This all just screams “we’ve ruined ourselves financially by running 3 leagues”…

Sadly the top heavy approach to the team was Witches downfall. Well done to them for getting so far with such a long tail, but it came back to bite them in the end.

Emil and Doyle to do what they've done all season and save the day for the Witches. Those two alone deserve the title.

2024 GP series is the weakest I’ve ever seen. Sayfutdinov and Laguta a huge miss. Janowski deserved a pick, he has only finished out of top 6 once and that was this year. 3rd in 2022. How on Earth Huckenbeck has got there is beyond me.

Well, you can only beat what’s in front of you. i really hope we can somehow see Sayfutdinov and possibly Laguta back next year.

Kelvin really is clueless. Bewley is out. Bewley 104. Madsen with a minimum of 14 points puts him on at least 109.

Bewley and Lambert need to toughen up a bit. Too easily letting riders past.

Lambert just knocked Bewley out of the top six there.

With Vaculik already in top 6, Lambert is in regardless tonight. If Doyle gets top 6 ahead of Bewley - Jan Kvech is a GP full timer.

If all 3 Brits are out of the top 6, who do you think misses out on wild card? Lambert and Bewley undoubtably the stronger Brits but Woffinden is Monster’s love child. Interesting
