Incoming Nick Morris…
-
It’s not a bad side. I do worry that it will be incredibly inconsistent and I have question marks over Zagar and MJJ’s commitment But it’s considerably a better effort than 2024. Oxford are nailed on for the wooden spoon.
-
Does Kenneth Bjerre fit for the final signing?
-
Justin Sedgmen then 😂
-
Interesting signing! Not too sure about this one. Still feel like Oxford need another big hitter.
-
I think it will be Jonas Jeppesen instead of Hansen but other than that spot on
-
Keynan Rew signs. 1. Tobiasz Musielak 2. Keynan Rew 3. 4. 5. Matej Zagar 6. 7. Jason Edwards
-
Pricing has increased next season. Online advanced: £23 On the gate: £25
-
Rider announced tonight if going by the Social Media hint is correct. Jeppesen?
-
Just a wondering thought dude, no need to snap. 😊
-
This team is looking very weak so far 😬. If they don’t pull a rabbit out of a hat with a big hitter (apart from Janowski), then I worry for Oxford and can see a season spent at the bottom and a financial struggle to run all 3 teams as crowd numbers drop.

I would like to know how they’re going to work out averages if riders can sign for teams in both competitions???

Premiership 2025 Predictions
TheSmiler replied to TheSmiler's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
The more I see it, the more I think Oxford will be bottom of the league in 2025. My thoughts are changing daily at the moment, currently I’d put it. Top 4 in any order (with Ipswich top): Ipswich, Kings Lynn, Belle Vue, Sheffield 5. Birmingham 6. Leicester 7. Oxford -
With teams starting to take shape; it's time to discuss your predictions for the 2025 season. Will Ipswich finally lift the trophy? Or will Belle Vue retain their title? Thoughts below...
-
The more I look at it, the more I like this team. Sure, they will struggle in Heats 13 & 15 but they will always have strong riders and 2 and 6 and should comfortably win the majority of their home meetings. I am expecting Jan Kvech to push on towards an 8.00 ave this season. I can see this team finishing in the play offs behind Ipswich, Sheffield and potentially Oxford.
-
Expecting: Ben Cook Jan Kvech Richard Lawson Niels K Iversen NIcolai Klindt Chris Harris Ashton Boughen *confirmed
-
Leon Madsen?
-
What a team Ipswich have assembled. Potentially one of the best teams in recent history. If I was an Ipswich supporter I would be so excited for next season.
-
Not sure I would expect big names at Perry Barr next season, due to their ongoing issues. I would anticipate a team similar to this: 1. Ben Cook 2. Justin Sedgmen 3. Danny King/Adam Ellis 4. Zach Cook 5. Luke Becker 6. Wiktor Lampart 7. Joe Thompson

2025 GP line up/wildcards
TheSmiler replied to eric i's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Really disappointed to see they’re just ticking boxes rather than trying to field the best 15. I can’t see the poles being happy that they only have two poles. Huckenbeck and Kvech shouldn’t be anywhere near near the GPs currently. -
2025 GP line up/wildcards
TheSmiler replied to eric i's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Wild card predictions: (I would love Emil & Artem but I just don’t see it happening) Jason Doyle Mikkel Michelsen Patryk Dudek Leon Madsen/Tai Woffinden -
Snooze fest. Summed up by the pathetic attempt of a trophy lift with a poorly designed LED screen and no fireworks/confetti. Belle Vue deserved better. Has Matt Ford stolen the fireworks again?

Torun GP Saturday 28th September
TheSmiler replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
If Kubera doesn’t get through via the GP Challenge I would fully expect him to get a wild card for 2025, alongside Doyle, Dudek and Michelsen. -

Is Christina Turnbull in disguise? Appalling decision. -
Guest choice for Belle Vue is very important next week. Who is available and on what average?
