I e-mailed them months ago and never heard anything back, so just presumed that they didn't have any spaces. Then I get an e-mail this morning asking for my credit card details to confirm my reservation! The e-mail came from rezerwacja@city-hotel.pl I haven't paid for any of it as they don't have any credit card details. All very strange!

I know it's a bit late in the day, but looks like the City Hotel in Bydgoszcz has reserved me a room for this weekend 17-20th September. This has came as a bit of a surprise as I didn't get a reply why I enquired back in March! So, if anyone needs a room in Bydgoszcz (or knows of anyone who needs one), let me know! They'll be more than welcome to it! Suppose you'd need to be quick before they cancel it!

Like I say, I can't comment on what happened with Hans as I didn't really see it on the night and I haven't seen it re run on sky. You're right, him not riding is NOT good for speedway and the reason he gave why is even worse. But these people don't think like that Peter S. What sort of speedway supporter are you Ruby Tuesday? Isn't that the joys of away matches? Been doing it for years and wouldn't change it for the world. Bombing up and down the M6 and beyond when I was in Scotland, and now, instead of heading south all the time, I can't really get further south, so I'm always on the way back up again! What I would have given years ago to have lived in Sheffield and be complaining about having to make it to Poole! I'll be there, although this year it's easy, I'm only along in Sussex. No matter where it was in the UK, if I could afford it, I'd have been there! GO TEAM GB!
