Fixtures are usually released in mid December, don't think they'll delay it but rather have several options depending on Covid developments.

Andzejs Lebedevs signed with Smederna for 2021. It will be his 6th season with Smederna. Smederna can have another three riders with an average above 0,500. Kaczmarek, Stark and William Bäckström does not count towards the rider limit.

Maybe, maybe not. I just don't think the clubs/riders are in that much of a rush since the deadline is still 3,5 months away. They have more time to secure sponsorship and etc so I think it's a bit early yet to draw any conclusions. I think some teams might be a bit cautious due to Covid-19/more restricted budget due to the 2020-season but we also don't really know where things regarding the ban from the Ekstraliga clubs will develop.

No too impressed with Kaczmarek signing, gives me the impression of a Polish filler who's place better could be spent on a younger Swedish rider.
