Final results Top 8 to the big final. Bogdanowicz first track reserve. Re-run for second track reserve between Lindman, Eklöf, Selvin and Bergström. Eklöf has apparently left the track already. Lindman dives under Bergström on lap 3 and Bergström drifts out and fall. Heat frozen and Lindman will be second track reserve in the big final in Målilla on 23 July. https://ta.svemo.se/Public/Pages/Competition/IndividualDrivingSchedule/CompetitionLiveResult.aspx?Branch=Speedway&Columns=CompetitionInfo,Branch,Name,Arena,FromDateShort&Datefilter=Today&pagesize=6&CompetitionId=11826&ShowAll=true&SortByResults=true

Svemo published two decision protocols (nr 3 and 4 for this year) with some info/confirmation about rule changes/other changes: Only 4 teams in Allsvenskan, Smederna skips Elitserien this season but their Allsvenskan team so that there will be 4 teams in Allsvenskan. ESS have decided to break the agreement with Svemo about providing 3 teams for Allsvenskan. 6 men teams, heat schedule with fixed gates/start positions. No floor average for 2020. 2020 season entry averages will be frozen which means that the averages will change as normal during the season (to determine reserves R/R and such) but will be reverted after the season to what they are now. 7 transfer cards that teams can used before/during the season until that team has completed 75 percent of it's meetings. Every rider is restricted to two complete wheels (4 sides) per meeting. https://www.svemo.se/globalassets/svemo-forbundet/dokumentcenter/protokoll/speedway/2020/beslutsprotokoll_3_track-racing_2020_gallande-elitserien-2020-med-anledning-av-corona-pandemin.pdf https://www.svemo.se/globalassets/svemo-forbundet/dokumentcenter/protokoll/speedway/2020/beslutsprotokoll_4_track-racing_2020.pdf

With a normal hear schedule Heat 9 and 10 have one reserve from each team. You are also correct that there is no dedicated nr 1 but that teams can choose freely how to place their 5 best riders. Reserves can be non Swedish riders as well. Normally the home team put their best riders at 1,3 & 5. Also unlike Britain, averages are updated after every meeting so reserves can change from one meeting to another. https://ta.svemo.se/Public/Pages/Competition/DrivingSchedule/CompetitionHeatSchema.aspx?Branch=Speedway&Season=2019&Serie=Elitserien&Resultfilter=APPROVED&Columns=FromDateShort,Name,HeatSchema,HeatResult&pagesize=20&CompetitionId=10771 The heat schedule this year will look like this, not sure if there are other rule changes as well due to the new format. Heat 13 -15 will have riders based on their scoring, with the two lowest scoring from each team in h13 and highest scoring in h15.

It will only be 8 teams since Smederna have decided to sit out this season. They say that they don't want to risk their finances but doing 9 meetings + -"play offs" without spectators. Each team are supposed to be paid 560 000 SEK (about 50 000 GBP) but apparently Smederna don't consider this to be enough. It will be 6 man teams and 8 rounds with a bonus round to make sure all teams get the same amount of home meetings. https://www.elitspeedway.com/artikel/pwzzakbzk-21mi1/forutsattningarna-for-bauhaus-ligan-klara

The league will restart on 11 August. In the press release it says that they are planning on and working on a financial solution that will allow them to run the league without spectators even though spectators to some extent might be allowed once the league starts. https://www.elitspeedway.com/artikel/xekkakb7p-21mi1/bauhaus-ligan-startar-11-e-augusti

Latest runout is re-start in August for Elitserien but with 6-rider line ups and no spectators. I don't really understand how they are going to be able to make it financially viable without spectators. Teams outta bleed money like crazy in such case.
